河源紫金溫泉是一直想去的地方, 但沒有喜歡的住宿, 直至見到這間新開不久的, 就決定起程。 真的非常值得入住, 在小山坡上, 遠離一點餐廳食市, 多一份寧靜, 很喜歡; 溫泉水, 真的一流, 去過許多廣東的溫泉, 這裏是第一, 淡淡硫磺味, 水很滑, 浸完皮膚真的補到水; 酒店設計風格是我喜歡的, 衛生很好, 沒煙味, 空氣清新, 房間大, 房內泡池大; 前台小哥服務到位有禮, 清潔房間人員也很有禮, 直接溝通也很清晰到位, 贊; 晚餐食物都好味; 停車方便, 有電位, 叉電車很方便。 可改善一下的： 房間可加小冰箱 早餐加多點種類, 如豆漿, 腸粉, 湯粉 值得再入住！

一家三口選擇棕櫚樹酒店温泉套房度過三天兩夜親子游，整體體驗滿分，最值得打卡的便是安藤忠雄設計的詩之禮堂，完全不虛此行。温泉套房自帶獨立私湯，親子用品配備齊全，整潔安靜，窗外景觀氛圍感拉滿。 小鎮配套豐富，龍骨樂園、環湖步道足夠消磨整日時光，而詩之禮堂是全程最大亮點，清水混凝土光影極簡高級，鏡面湖水與建築相映，內部管風琴、旋轉樓梯極具藝術感，帶孩子感受建築美學，拍照出片率極高。 特別感謝前台小李管家，入住前細心告知園區遊玩路線，辦理入住高效，遊玩途中諮詢接駁車、禮堂購票、小童活動都回復及時，主動幫忙安排便利行程，貼心又有耐心。整體吃住玩一站式，親子度假性價比超高，已經列入二刷清單，強烈推薦帶娃家庭入住。

很滿意的週末親子旅行，定了樹屋和帳篷房，相臨很近。很方便。帳篷房的好處是大大的室外泳池泡池，一家人都在池子😩的很開心。樹屋很舒服，還有梳化床給小朋友安排。小卡通帳盆和積木也是寶寶喜歡的。全家泡完又泡太舒服了。還去了老闆的餐廳吃飯也很不錯。早餐也很好吃。外面有露營基地，打算下次約上朋友們一起來露營了。

New hotel built right next to a new mall. Very clean and modern. Free laundry machines but only 2 of them. JW Marriott/Westin type rooms for $40USD a night. Had the suite for $51 which had two toilets.

Excellent ! The hotel butler, 小媚, provided thoughtful and responsible service. She carefully reminded me of the times for various shows . On the last day, it was raining , It is difficult to get a taxi, so she even helped me book one. Thanks A lot. 本次入住體驗非常好，酒店安排的管家小媚服務周到細心、盡責體貼，不斷提醒我各項活動時間。最後因雨天難以叫車，她還主動幫我安排車輛，感恩！

La ubicación es muy buena, en medio de la naturaleza, pero aún disponible por DiDi desde la estación de tren. We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住。酒店位置好找，在路邊，距離萬綠湖遊客服務中心大約一公里多點。房間空間可以，傢俱佈置合適，標雙也不錯的，個人更喜歡竹主題房間。暖胃早餐挺美味的。

酒店很人性化，入住期間幫了我不少忙，前前後後跑腿跑了好幾趟，房間很有家的感覺，很舒適，私家泡池很贊，真温泉水，房間的陽台超大，房間還有小廚房，冰箱也有，下次可以帶工具來，搞個火鍋燒烤什麼的，有時間住上一個星期感覺肯定不錯，酒店位置也好，中心位置了吧，燈光秀，人工湖，還有福源寺，在房間都能看到，來巴伐利亞比較推薦這家。

Es un buen lugar para una bonita, la habitación aquí está cómoda, el lago de la caldera no es bueno, el tamaño y el tamaño de la pequeña, los efectos diferentes, el paseo en la ciudad es también interesante, el parque es divertido comer y jugar y vivir en una estación, toda la familia es muy feliz
