The room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!

This the view of our room. Super splendid even though its just an overnight stay. The staff there makes it more memorable. Very accommodating and friendly. We will surely book our next stay here.

在canmore，不在downtown，但是開車去鎮中心大概五分鐘，走路過去也不遠。附近吃的喝的不少。 入住全自動，店家會發密碼給你，帶父母出遊，定了一個loft，樓上有一張床，樓下是梳化床，有點軟，不適合長者。 房間挺乾淨的，但是入住三晚，每天衹是來清掃下垃圾，不會進行整理，介意的慎入。酒店有不少活動，早上有瑜伽，做的小餅乾也很好吃。 如果自駕，這裏還挺適合的。

酒店沒有前台，全程自助，沒留意郵件到了酒店剛好下着雨找不着北搞了大烏龍，酒店比較新室內乾淨整潔，廚房洗衣設備都很齊全，樓板隔音比較差，早上五點多樓上就一直在蹦蹦跳跳，有些房間挨着大馬路，怕吵的得謹慎，離小鎮中心要兩公里多

Was a wonderful boutique type hotel. Delicious breakfast meals. A wonderful outdoor hot tub with gorgeous views of mountains. Very convenient location just minutes walk to town center.

房間雖小，但非常舒適， 雖是公用廁所、淋浴間、廚房， 大家都保持得非常乾淨整潔。住店的客人也都非常安靜。Hostel在半山腰，風景特別優美，非常適合自駕遊。離Canmore鎮上就5分鐘車程。離Banff是20-30分鐘。

La vista desde la habitación y el pasillo era espectacular. El personal fue amable, educado y atento. Respondió a todas nuestras preguntas con una gran sonrisa y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos. La habitación es grande. Una puerta separa el dormitorio del comedor. El comedor tiene una mininevera, un microondas, una cafetera y un pequeño fregadero. También hay una chimenea dentro de la habitación. El jacuzzi exterior fue una ventaja y me sentí relajado mientras disfrutaba del aire fresco después de un largo día conduciendo y caminando. La cama era muy cómoda, con muchas almohadas, y dormí muy bien. No dudaré en volver a reservar aquí.

I was a little nervous when I first pulled in but was instantly surprised. This little hidden gem was great for what I was needing. A safe, clean easily accessible place to stay. Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation would be during your next renovation to remove the carpet and put in a hard type floor. a bigger go cup with liquid whitener for the to go coffee station would also be amazing. I look forward to my next stay.

I recently stayed at the Canmore Inn & Suites on Bow Valley Trail. While the property itself has potential and offers a convenient base for exploring the Rockies, my experience was significantly dampened by a factor I wasn't prepared for: a major local hockey tournament. The ”Tournament” Factor I was unaware upon booking that my stay coincided with a Canmore hockey tournament for U11 and U13 divisions. To say these teams ”took over the hotel” would be an understatement. The volume of children was overwhelming. This translated to: The Pool Area: Practically unusable for other guests; it was packed to capacity with kids from morning until night. Common Areas: Hallways and the lobby were very loud and, at times, felt uncontrollable. Lack of Supervision: There was a noticeable lack of adult/parental supervision in the public spaces, leading to a chaotic atmosphere that isn't ideal if you're looking for a relaxing mountain getaway. Staff and Noise Management To the hotel’s credit, the noise did mostly settle down by 10:30 PM. I spoke with the front desk, and they mentioned we could issue formal noise complaints if needed. However, it felt like a losing battle given the sheer volume of groups. The staff are clearly used to this, as these local tournaments bring in consistent bookings for the hotel. While the team was polite, they seemed stretched thin by the high occupancy and the energy of the young athletes. The Room and Amenities Pros: The location is excellent—close to downtown and Highway 1. The rooms are generally spacious, and the mountain views from the upper floors are a highlight. Cons: The property is showing its age. Some fixtures felt dated, and the cleanliness in the high-traffic common areas suffered due to the heavy foot traffic during the tournament. Final Verdict The simpler solution here is a matter of timing. If you aren't in town to participate in or spectate a tournament, check the local sports calendar before booking. If a U11/U13 tournament is on, I would recommend staying elsewhere. If you are here for the hockey, this is clearly the ”hub,” but for the average traveler, the lack of peace and quiet makes it hard to justify the price point during these peak weekends.
