empleadas son amables, atienden y dan buen servicio, es un lugar seguro cerca de restaurants y tiendas y de buen acceso
camas limpias pero un olor desagradable que necesitamos usar un bote de desodorante

The staff is nice. The room is big. As I said before it had a musty smell and a lot of fruit flies or gnats. Still waiting for this to be taken care of. This room was surface cleaned. I had to soak the knobs on the stove and scrub them they were filthy and full of grease. Clean the oven and microwave. And the top of microwave omg! Clean the drawers inside never wiped clean bathroom and living area. There was hair and stuff. Bottom of desk chair so dirty. I basically had to clean the whole room today. I was exhausted.

There are two Extended Stays within a block of each other and I stayed at both locations. I prefer this location over the other one. The personnel here are so nice and friendly.

Its perfect if you just need some shut eye. The free breakfast is really just oa**eal and granola bars and coffee. The staff was nice but the rooms definitely need some work in them. Paint is chipping, furniture needs to be updated' exercise room consists of 3 for those who need it.machines but onsite laundry was a plus.

I enjoyed my customer service all in all very welcoming I wouldn’t mind staying again. However I felt like I was in the wrong room. 1st I booked a double bed but it was only one bed and a pull out couch that was very uncomfortable but okay I was tired and wanted to relax so I wasn’t gone fuss about it. 2nd I had my two puppies with me their first time staying away from home and in a hotel at that. They both were scared of the noise doors slamming all though the night they kept me up barking. I realize that we were right next to the back door and that could possibly be the reason they were barking. Lesson learned. So I had a wedding to attend and my puppies were locked up in their cage I got a call from the hotel stating that my puppies are barking?? It’s really nothing that I could have done to prevent them from barking as they were barking everytime the doors were shut an I was in the room as well I explained that to the lady she was very nice. I know for next time I would have to be in a room that get less movement by the door. Overall it was a good experience and I’ll definitely would be back to this location the hotel smelled good my room floor was sticky but everything else was cleaned!

Staff was great,
I would suggest that there be an unsweetened creamer for the morning coffee.
Room needs upgrading and most if all the beds were not comfortable at all.
