우선 호텔의 위치 자체는 센터지만, 입구를 찾기까지 택시에서 내려서 오분 넘게 걸렸습니다.
그러고 체크인을 하는데 우리가 예약한 방이 없다며 싱글룸 두개를 내주었습니다.
방음이 아예 없는 수준이라 옆에 클럽인지 바인지 너무 시끄러워서 귀마개를 껴도 골이 울릴 정도였구요.
특히, 옆 가게 말고도 밖에 술집거리?인지 금토 밤에 진짜 레전드입니다.
말 걸어다니는 소리부터 시작해서 버스킹하는 소리 술 먹고 소리지르는 소리 등등 새벽 해 뜰때까지 들립니다.
방도 심지어 난방이 고장난 방을 줘놓곤 라디에이터 한개 딸랑 가져다줬구요.
제일 충격적인 것은, 하우스키핑이라고 해서 문을 열어줬더니 대뜸 안에 들어와서 이불이랑 베개 갯수를 확인하고 나갔습니다.
거짓말 같죠? 진짜입니다. 친구가 줌 강의를 듣고 있었는데 소리 안낸다고 손가락 모양으로 쉬쉬하면서 돌아다니는데
진짜 몰래카메라인줄 알았습니다. 사람이 발가벗고 침대에 누워있고 그런데 대놓고 그냥 들어와서 이불이랑 베개 갯수체크라뇨?ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
마지막 날에는 하우스키핑 카운터에 해달라고 하고 나갔더니, 추가요금 500루블을 내랍니다. 영어를 못 알아들으시는 건지
그래서 청소해주시는 분한테 말하니까 해주시더군요 정말 대박적인 호텔입니다. 두번가세요 여러분들 예.

Decent hotel for the price. Great location! However, there was loud music playing somewhere on the street outside in a bar or just someone was basking all night. I really had difficulty sleeping

Localization is the best, in the heart of Moscow downtown, one block from the Bolshoi , the metro, and the most important museums, historical buildings, shopping, restaurants and monuments, in in the corner of two of the most important and best pedestrian avenues of Moscow. Rooms are comfortable and clean, people working in service are very nice and supportive. Good quality and low price balance. Going back to Moscow I surely will be again in the same hotel. If you are arriving in the night it would be a quite difficult to find the entrance for the first time, it is a small door of glass shared with other restaurants and gym in the same building. The hotel would inform it in their webpage, how to find the entrance, putting a photo, for example.

The location of this hotel is amazing, and thestaff was very pleasant and tried their best. There was noise in the weekend from the club in the same building but that's not their fault. The reason I quickly moved out was because of the smell in the bathroom. The bathroom had a very, and I mean, VERY foul odor coming from the sink, you just couldn't be there for more than a minute and nothing masked that smell. I asked to change room but unfortunately they were booked so I left after 2 days.

No windows in the room, no ac for the whole hotel. Staff did bring a fan, but it really did not help much. Smelt like cigarettes on our room, even though we had a non smoking room. A restaurant, night club next to us, so music until 5am-terrible if you’re a bad sleeper…

Очень удобное расположение, тихое место, достойные номера. Маленький уютный отель расположен на третьем этаже. Есть лифт. Рядом расположен ресторан Кайф. Можно заказать еду в номер. Цена качество на высоте. Покорили белоснежные хрустящие простыни.

Начитавшись отзывов забронировали этот отель. 2 суток ( с ранним заездом) вышло чуть больше 20тр. Заселили в номер рядом с ресепшн ((( слышно было все разговоры. Мебель уставшая, очень холодно. Чай 2 пакетика😂 когда попросила ещё - принесли один ( и то , было уже перед выездом ) но это ерунда. Если вы хотите после длительных прогулок прийти и отдохнуть, то точно не здесь 🤦♀️ 2 ночи жуткие оры, музыка со всех сторон разная. Кони под окнами… удивило конечно ) Возвращаюсь уставшая и вымотанная. Не от прогулок. Завтрак вообще отдельная тема. Лучше бы не брали. Ну да, есть рыба. Но и все на этом. Яйцо какое-то непонятное. Без хлеба ( тоста) я есть не стала. Кофе попросила , молока нет. Ну ок. В общем, поехали в кафе завтракать.
