房間不大，位於地下室，酒店地理位置不錯，走到紅場很近，適合徒步旅行，自助早餐，還可以，可以免費行李寄存。

出差公司幫忙選的酒店，價格的確不貴，但是絕對達不到四星級，房間小設施陳舊，達不到國內快捷賓館的檔次，主要佔個位置好，別抱太大期望，真的很一般，前台態度不説惡劣但是絕對也算不上熱情，不推薦

27.06.22 забронировали номер, приехали заселяться и после выдачи ключей обнаружили:
1. В первом номере что нам выдали просто жили люди, лежал айфон на не заправленной кровати...
2. Во втором номере что выдали в ванной на полу лежали использованные полотенца и зубочистки...
3. Третий номер оказался меньше по размеру чем на брони, уже просто не было сил и мы заселились.
Двери картонные, все слышно, ресепшионист пришел извиниться, решить в 23.30 с менеджером нет возможности чего либо. Утром 28.06 при выезде решили спокойно поговорить, пояснили проблему в деталях, на что менеджер просто сказал- ну так бывает...просто руководство там осталось и всё... Извинился менеджер когда я уже уходил и то на мой вопрос и мне в спину- приносим извинения.
Сервис отстой, расположение отличное, завтраки тоже нормальные.
Просто фото первого номера не могу не приложить...

Bugün otelde son günümüz oldu ve başka bir otele geçtik. Bir gün öncesi *********** kullanarak rezervasyon yaptık. Sonrasında TripAdvisor kullanarak yeni bir rezervasyon yaptık bize yeni bir oda vermek yerine temizlik yapılacak denildi yeni rezervasyon olmasına rağmen chek out yapılmadan eski kaldığımız odada kalmaya devam ettik sonrası tam bir rezalet temizlik 3 günde bir denildi yatak carsaflari ve yastık kılıfı değişmeyecek denildi sadece para verirseniz yaparız dediler. Resepsiyon görevlisi anlıyormuş gibi yapıyor ama İngilizce yok. Katta çalışan bir yönetici kadın ve temizlikçi var . Çok kaba . Sonrasında TripAdvisor i aradım ve yöneticileri ile görüştü temizlik ücretsiz yapıldı. TripAdvisor 45 tl tutarında memnuniyetsizlik tazminatını hesabımıza tanımladı. Temizlik yapan kadın işi alel acele yaptı ve kapıyı çarparak dışarı çıktı. 4 yıldızı kesinlikle hak etmeyen bir otel! Sabah kahvaltıda bir görevli yerine kapıya badigard koyuyorlar. İnsanlar kahvaltı çalmasın diye. Kapıdaki adam tam bir suratsız. Otelle yaşadığım deneyim bu kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
