Personal amigable. Buena ubicación. Fácil acceso a supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes.
Sin embargo, no había aire acondicionado. Se podía abrir un poco la ventana, pero la ventilación aún no era buena. Es difícil decir que había una vista en la habitación, a menos que consideres que un muelle de carga estaba bien.
No había wifi gratuito en el salón ni en la habitación del hotel. Tiene un cargo de £ 3 por noche.
Hay mucho ruido por la mañana, cuando los trabajadores comenzaron a descargar productos para un supermercado cercano.

I've been using this hotel frequently in recent months, and have found its Management and staff all very friendly and helpful, particularly Maria and Oli. Everyone responsive to comments and requests for assistance. Rooms vary in size and quality of fitments but quite acceptable for a budget hotel.

Particularly came here because of the city, Leatherhead. I heard of how quiet and beautiful it is. A friend recommended Travelodge and I booked. The staff at this hotel are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maria and the handsome gentleman at the front desk , ever so friendly and welcoming. Thank you 👍🏾 for your service.

If you’re looking to book this hotel and catch a flight the next day, book another because you may experience the same thing i did.. people fighting sounding like domestic abuse between a couple. Staff were polite on arrival but the night staff clearly sleep during their shift because the first floor had blood, glass and smashed items in the hall way

The hotel was lovely rose and Graham the housekeepers was amazing and also Anna and Maria was amazing too would defo recommend to stay at travelodge room was lovely and clean thanks again for a pleasant stay

Last time we stayed the hotel was a mess tired rooms decor was not great. But since you had the refurbishment I was impressed. Comfortable beds had a really pleasant stay. The team was extremely friendly I must thank mark who went above making me feel welcome and helpful with information about the area and places to go to.
