El hotel está fechado ... gran negocio. El tapice de la calle está pintado y fiado. Así que qué? El lobby es pequeño y no asume ... lo que sea. Nuestra habitación era pequeña pero limpia, la cama era cómoda, y el lavabo básico y funcional. La unidad de calefacción/refrigeración de fechas se desconectó como un modelo T y el ascensor estaba fuera de orden cuando llegamos ... pero el personal MORE que se componía por las deficiencias del edificio. En este maestro postmoderno (construido en 1981), una atmosfera suave equilibra su calidad muy similar al castillo - esto no sólo se debe a una renovación reciente, sino también al nivel de confianza y de dimensión cualificada del personal; esta experiencia introduce Una nueva mirada a qué alojamientos pueden ser, en el mejor sentido posible.

UUsuario invitadoDurante mi estancia en el hotel Hilton Gardens en el aeropuerto de Toronto se cometieron errores. Déjeme comenzar con mi propio. No me di cuenta de que hay varios hoteles Hilton en el aeropuerto y tomó el transbordador al otro. Deja que te diga: Canadá no está hecho para peatones y fue un paseo asombroso a la Hilton correcta a pie. También: debido al nombre Garden, esperaba un hotel rodeado de un jardín lujoso. No es así. Está en una zona de asfalto pálida, gris, sin jardín ni ninguna característica. O ¿Consideran los gigantes parques de coches ”jardines”? Otro error de mí: esta es la primera visita a Canadá, quizás debería prepararse mejor. Sin embargo, el desayuno en Hilton Gardens no es adecuado para los veganes. Las vacas son encima de ellas y otras opciones son dulces ocultos como alimentos reales. Desde que Canadá no está diseñado para peatones, no hay supermercado en ningún lugar y por lo tanto me he estado enfadando seriamente. El hotel necesita un buen aislamiento acústico para mantener el ruido de la aeronave fuera de la habitación. ¡Parking un coche con un motor de gasolina en la habitación y correrlo sería más tranquilo! Afortunadamente, el aire puede desactivarse. Sin embargo, el frigorífico no puede desactivarse y me mantuvo despierto básicamente toda la noche. Y lo peor es: cuando lo abri en la mañana espero encontrar un minibar, ¿Por qué desperdiciar tanto electricidad y ruido para enfriar un espacio vacío? ¿Qué tal correr si se usa para enfriar cosas? Encima del ruido de la frigorífico se puede oír en mi habitación un ruido mecánico constante 24 horas de drone (#1516). ¿Suena como una fábrica o tal vez una gran unidad de aire acondicionado en la parte superior del techo?

RRosemaryThe hotel is super convenient for early flights out of Terminal 3. In room coffee machine was a nice feature. The bed is quite high and very soft which made it difficult to get into. Staff were very accommodating. The food was excellent. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and quiet. The room rate was high for the level of service offered.

Ccaffe_scAquí está el aeropuerto. El hotel de aeropuerto promedio, pero las instalaciones son pobres. Teóricamente, las instalaciones deberían ser ricas - hay piscina interior, centro de fitness, incluso un baloncesto interior y un patio de cuevas! HOWEVER - la piscina se cerró para mantenimiento, el tribunal de basqueteo se cerró para “renovaciones esenciales”, el tribunal de cuajo estaba “desactivado”, y el centro de fitness estaba muy iluminado.... Todos parecen estar siendo mantenidos permanentemente o no bien mantenidos en absoluto! Así que en realidad, nada funcionaba

UUsuario invitadoOn April 23rd, 2022, my partner and I arrived at the Holiday Inn – Mississauga/Toronto West – 100 Brittania Rd East. We came to the hotel at 1pm for early check in thinking that the pool was open (as per the call agent who took my reservation), only to find out that the pool was not open, and it was “closed for maintenance”. This was not disclosed earlier when I booked the reservation, there was no mention of the pool being closed. I was very excited to use the pool as it was my birthday weekend, and it was my plan to use this amenity as soon as I arrived. I asked for them to amend the reservation to a cheaper price, however they said that the reservation had already been amended to include the new price (without a functioning pool). Regardless, my partner and I arrived to our room (Room 211) and after using the toilet, we find out that the toilet does not work. I called the front desk to notify them of this, and we agreed to switch rooms. We received a new room (Room 212), directly across from our previous room, and to no surprise, this toilet did not work either. The entire ordeal was discussed with the front desk and I asked if we should move hotels as they did not have any functioning toilets. The front desk clerk stated that “this was very unusual” and that they will have someone come look at it right away. While the custodian was fixing the toilet in the new room (Room 212), my partner had realized that he left his vape pen in the first room (211). He asked the housekeeper if he could go into the room to retrieve it, the lady said they did not find anything in the room we just left (this all happened within 30 minutes of leaving the first room). Altogether, the toilet was poorly fixed, as the same issue kept happening all night in room 212. Later on that night, we were told that the 2nd floor had recently been renovated, as there were pencil marks still on the walls. Futhermore, around 3pm that day, I decided to take a shower. As I got out of the shower, I dried myself with a towel, only to find it was stained with someone else’s makeup (what looked like eyeliner from both eyes). *See pictures below* It was clear that the towel was not cleaned and bleached properly as the make up had been stained onto the white towel (GROSS). We decided there was no point of addressing this with the front desk (as the lady was also disgruntled over the phone) and we just decided to go on with the night and make a mental note to never come back to the holiday Inn EVER AGAIN! But wait… IT GETS BETTER!!! On Sunday, April 24th, the next morning, as we were cleaning up to check out of the hotel, we went to check on our friends in various other rooms. At approximately 10:50am, my friends and I were all in the elevator going to meet up in my room (Room 212) only to find out that our key cards were no longer working.
