Conveniently located with lots of eateries and pharmacy nearby. Shopping mall is just opposite the hotel, just that you need to cross the main road

Pros
-Staff is friendly & helpful, had a welcome drink & small hot towel for cleaning.
-Room is clean, provide dispatch water machine each floor.
-Location is good, near Imperial shopping mall, food shop/stall, convenience shop,etc...
Cons
-WIFI internet not really working, very slow and sometime disconnect. (hopefully will improve on it)

We booked 2 type of rooms, standard room is brighter, deluxe room is too dark for us.
Breakfast not buffet style, you have to choose the main dishes from menu, not much choices. Some taste good, some quite oily & salty.
No provide parking lot for hotel customers, you have to park at public spaces and pay for it (blue zone, 8am-5pm), either use coupons or app.
Other than that, so far so good.
Located in center of city, quite convenient. Near to Malay hawkers, famous Chinese kopitiam and 2 malls. Short driving-distance to most of the tourist attractions.

the place is nice and cozy, near to big mall, street foods are nearby.. It's a nice hotel, the room is a bit small but okay for couples but not for family.

Kingwood Boutique Hotel Miri is a clean and comfortable stay for couples or solo travelers. The Classic Queen Room offers a comfortable bed and is perfect for two people. However, the open-concept bathroom might not be ideal for sharing with non-familial companions.
While the amenities are a bit limited - with just a few TV channels and slightly slow Wi-Fi - the hotel makes up for it with friendly service. The breakfast spread is also on the smaller side, but it should be sufficient for a light morning meal.
The shopping mall is within 5mins walk
If you're driving, keep in mind that street parking requires a coupon (available for purchase at the hotel for $5 per day).
