We are due to stay in within the next 3 weeks. There were a few errors in the booking system with *******. However, Derya Kaya has been amazing in identifying a solution and seeing it through. My family and I look forward to thanking Derya in person when we arrive!

This is a very expensive hotel in a lovely quiet area of Turkey yet you would think you were in the heart of Ibiza as pounding mind numbing Euro trash pop blasts out till 1am every single night and sometimes during the day as well. There is literally no escape from this deafening cacophony and god help anyone within earshot, which with the level of the volume must be for miles around. If your after a relaxing holiday then avoid this hotel and it’s neighbours. If you’re into full volume techno trance music that plays the same beat over and over at full volume then it’s definitely one for you.

This place is by far one of the best places I have stayed. We went in October 23 the weather was decent the place was half empty but I wonder if the overall experience would have been different in high season ( European summer holidays season June to September) I really want to go back and would recommend this place to anyone from families to single people! They cater for all! It’s a huge place with so many options!

Worst service you could get from such an expensive hotel. Even during my check in no one was there to help me take my luggages out of the car. Once I arrived to the hotel the villa was full of defects. To be honest they managed to solve it after hours of complaints. Hotel's buggy system is the worst you can see in anywhere. Imagine having 1 staff for buggies after 00:00 for 1,000 hotel guests. I had buggy problems since the beginning of my days till the end. OPA restaurant was our favorite breakfast place, however, its awful unmanageable awful disco background musics in the mornings. I complained several times but nothing has changed. No one was happy because of that disco music. Every time there is a low service they tried justify themselves by saying "hotel is full and we could not manage your requests, sorry" I would like to mention 2 names which at least tried to help me on several cases: 1- Vasif, the butler and 2- Rustam at the Shibori restaurant ( sushi's were awful last time ). Dear LUJO, I know you have got a special concept ideas but don't forget that your guests' satisfaction and their needs are more important than your mismatch concept, listen to your clients and do the change. This place is very expensive and perhaps they rely on the theory that if people are overpaying they must be too stupid to know the difference. Shame on me for not recognizing the glaring warning signs. I always arrange flowers in our room ahead of time. I asked for assistance with flowers and was given an unpriced set of photos. (I have seen this before only in Moscow.). I said “please can I have #35 and 40”. 35 was 18 roses and 6 macaroons. 40 was an arrangement of roses. They came back with “thank you we are not doing macaroons but will add 5 roses and the price is Euro 650 (honest to God) and 40 is Euro 1200!!! Needless to say I canceled. (Note that I checked with the Aman and was told 2 dozen roses under Euro 100 ). Once here and checking in I found decent but by no means four star rooms (let alone 5 star). Smallish towels. Teeny toiletries. But an “intimacy kit” with condom! Then I started reading the “fine print”. All restaurants in this all inclusive must be prebooked and it blithely states you cannot eat at the same restaurant more than twice. What? We had a very mediocre dinner at Quinoa and were shocked to hear that we could not take any of our unfinished pizza with us (our 2 year old and 4 and 5 year olds did not finish). “ no but you can order room service for extra charges”. The food itself would be equivalent to a midrange restaurant. Certainly neither interesting nor very well prepared. I should have recognized the very poor photos of the food they use in the “menu” was to minimize comparison. Oh well. “Do you have vodka? Yes. Great what kinds? Only Abdolut. Anything else? No.” This is at over Euro 3,000 a night! Really?!? The place is spread out like a convention center. They say they cater to families but if you look carefully at their offerings you see they have rooms with ******** poles and Kama sutra lounge beds. I now understand why most of the Turkish staff speaks Russian and why that is their target guest (and speaks to the lack of luxury experience). My wife travels with her home grown frozen juices around the world and placed them in our Pelican freezer case for travel (stays frozen for 36 hours! Thank you Pelican!). We sent everything off to the room service freezer on check in and told them in English and Turkish and Russian that it was to go to the freezer. When we asked for a bottle tonight we discovered it had been placed in the refrigerator intentionally because although it was clearly frozen and we told them freezer we were simply wrong and both the plastic bottles and few glass bottles, although clearly solidly frozen, could not, in their view, go in the freezer. My wife would say very unkind things about this place. You have to take a “buggy” (golf cart) almost anywhere because the property is so spread out. You have to wait quite a while for one to show up. The exit to where the “buggy” picks you up is very dim but a light comes on for a few seconds of illumination. When I pointed this out to the person respons

We visited for the first time Bodrum and simply loved the place ! Yes it is expensive but the all inclusive you experience here is a complete new level: service at its best, a la carte food everywhere including breakfast and entertainment for the kids unlimited. We definitely come back next year. Couple of items to be aware: 1. It is true that everywhere plays lounge music which you need to like 2. Extra activities and market shop items within the hotel are extremely costly and feels overpriced but probably part of the exclusivity 3. Wine offers which are included could be more premium and do not match with the other labels available which are great We relaxed from the first minute and did not like to leave after 10 days !! One additional tip: go for breakfast down to Gaia restaurant which is directly at the sea - really beautiful.

The best place to be after going through a crazy world pandemic. The service Is beyond our expectations. The facilities, food, activities....etc We were assigned with personal assistants that made our stay fun , what ever questions we had it was one button away .
