新酒店 離火車站不算近 而且有一條發黃的毛巾以及每隔半分鐘就會發出響聲的煙霧報警器

很新的酒店，旁邊是很大的超市，門口可以坐15路到機場，價格合適的話可以考慮，但來威尼斯還是推薦住在主島

原本訂的標準間，生日當天前台給免費升級了雙套間，其中一張床2米寬，推開門的時候很驚喜。酒店位置特別方便，樓下就是公交站，無論去主島，或者機場都有bus直達。樓下有個大超市，買東西也方便。

Sauber und modernes Hotelzimmer. Ausreichend Platz. Langsames Wifi. SmartTV mit schnellem Internet.

El hotel está en una ubicación conveniente. Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero limpias y no falta nada necesario. El personal es cortés. La organización en su conjunto tiene algunos fallos: cuando llegamos nos dieron un vale de descuento para el restaurante, pero el restaurante no sabía nada... Sin embargo, la cosa se resolvió con la buena voluntad de todos... En definitiva. .. un buen hotel con margen de mejora.

El hotel fue renovado e inaugurado recientemente, por lo que todavía tiene pocas críticas. Decidí arriesgarme confiando en la marca Hilton, pero el hotel me pareció caro para lo que ofrece. Puntos positivos: hay una parada de autobús justo enfrente del hotel que te lleva directamente a Venecia en pocos minutos. La cama es cómoda. Puntos negativos: a pesar de la parada de autobús enfrente, la ubicación no es muy buena, un poco lejos de la estación de tren si vas a pie y llevas equipaje. El servicio en recepción podría ser más atento. A pesar de la reciente renovación, todavía mantiene el aspecto de un antiguo hotel. No muy acogedor. No me quedaría otra vez.

Stayed just one night as I was arriving into Venice late. The 15 bus stops right across the street from the hotel and is right outside the airport terminal. Reception is friendly and I was up to my room within a couple of minutes. I have diamond status which got me a nice upgrade to a king suite. Odd shaped room w a small sitting area just wider than a corridor but no TV lead to a combo shower and wardrobe area that opened to the bedroom. So positives are location if you arrive late and do not want to deal w the vaperetto late at night. Hotel is freshly refurbished. The upgrade gave me a large room if not really all usable. Negatives and reason for three stars. Woke up to find a beetle/cockroach on my duvet. Body lotion empty and after asking 2 people to get it replaced nothing happened. One pack of coffee and no milk not even powdered. Nothing else in the bathroom. Cheap soap. Poor breakfast - guy checking people in for breakfast seemed only interested in his phone. Eggs stone cold. Asked him if he could get fresh ones and he rolled his eyes as if taking him away from his screen time was such an effort. Two Staff could easily look after all 6 of us in the restaurant but seemed to want to just stand around. Coffee is self service- again w two staff would be nice if the first cup was offered by staff. If you want to go into town the 4L is at the same stop as the 15. It can get extremely busy at this stop w multiple hotels nearby. My recommendation if it is packed and you have luggage is to walk to the previous stop about 3 mins walk which is much quieter and you will have more of a chance to get in the bus at peak times.

The King Junior Suite is spacious, but lacks a desk (working space), and also lacks an espresso machine, only hot water kettle. Façade feels a bit bland - looks like some sort of govt building, like a municipally. Perhaps due to regulations the property can not alter it. On the inside pretty nice and polished. Very comfortable mattress, modern amenities. Huuge modern and bright bathroom. 50inch TV with screen mirroring and Bluetooth mirroring, but not connected online. Convenient location, easy transfer options. Many restaurants nearby, coffeeshops and convenience stores as well. The staff are very friendly and were helpful with our requests. The Cardboard glasses and empty minibar felt a bit weird for the price and "King Junior Suite" badge. No espresso machine while in Italy is not ideal. Also no option to order a espresso in 6 AM, have to wait for breakfast to start. Had to go out of the hotel to a close cafeteria to buy coffee each morning from a nice gentleman across - Snack Bar magic Number, who opens at 5 AM.

Not a really nice location but the hotel opened in August 2023 is pleasant, very clean, rooms are nice, bathrooms have all comfortable details in spite of unpractical shower faucets. Nice slick design. Guarded independent parking next door. Smiling and helpful staff.
