¡Tuvimos una experiencia terrible y una estafa total! - Habíamos elegido una habitación más grande (34 m2) sin vistas. La habitación daba a una pared oscura y debajo de un puente y NO había ninguna luz. ¡Las fotos adjuntas son a partir de las 10 a.m.! Era como vivir en un sótano oscuro. Nadie debería hosped**** voluntariamente en una habitación así y es una vergüenza que la vendan y cobren 1200/noche. Cuando nos quejamos, se ofrecieron a cambiarnos a una habitación con luz, pero por 250 adicionales por noche y lo rechazamos. Existe una grave falta de respeto por el valor y el dinero. Los metros cuadrados adicionales que pagamos fueron todos para un corredor con forma de serpiente. Tuvimos que pasar por encima de nuestras maletas. Fotos adjuntas. Sólo había un armario con tres estantes. Nada más, ni cajones, ni ningún lugar donde poner la ropa. El spa está bien, pero el resto de los espacios públicos o el vestíbulo son pequeños, aburridos y tremendamente caros. A las 1200/noche tenías que pagar extra por los huevos en el desayuno. El personal fue muy agradable y profesional. La ubicación también es excelente. A menos que no te importe en absoluto el valor del dinero, hay propiedades reales de 5 estrellas y debes evitar ésta. Definitivamente no vale lo que cobran, y mucho menos que es inaceptable e irrespetuoso que alguien duerma en una habitación oscura y sin luz, sin espacio para sus cosas, por 1200 por noche. estafa completa

Staff were superb - especially concierge and also the ski shop staff, they really went above and beyond to ensure we had the most enjoyable experience Ski in/ Ski out is always a must for us as skier amd this hotel has a beautiful facility. Swimming pool could maybe do with being warmer but very enjoyable spa facilities as a whole

Stayed at this beautiful hotel over the weekend, was greeted by nice staff and good food but what impressed me most was the service at the ski hire shop and I absolutely loved all the accessories! As it was a last minute trip I didn’t have half of my equipment and I was very surprised to see these amazing ski goggles by Alt*ego which I have been admiring on instagram for so long and I just had to get myself a pair! You need to visit and get yourself a pair while you are there, I fell in love with mine!

Our 2nd year in Méribel in a row . We decided to stay in town rather than a car ride away this year although last year’s hotel Le Coucou was marvelous . We spent 3 nights in January . The hotel is really lovely , very nice furniture and decor , the rooms are comfortable and cozy , the service is also top notch . We had booked two junior prestige suites , ample space to get really comfortable. The hotel is in town so the view isn’t wow . They initially assigned us a room on the 3rd floor with a horrible view of a rooftop and some glass dome . We immediately asked them to change the room for front facing view which was way better but still not the full Alpine experience but at least we were seeing the sky and the slalom ski run . Luckily the hotel didn’t seem full otherwise we would have been stuck with the other room at €2000/night and I wouldn’t be writing such nice words about our stay . One of the really nice features is the 1st floor bar area , it’s a really large space well appointed one can spend a long time there . Also a huge upside is the cigar lounge which was a godsend . The guys in the ski room are super nice and helpful (Christian you’re awesome) , quality of the ski rental is also top notch . Small elevator ride and we’re on the slope , super convenient. We were initially disappointed that the hotel had only one restaurant and it’s a Michelin starred , not something we would like to eat at every day but luckily right next door through a connecting door they have a 4 star sister hotel with a number of good choices so no need to go far . We had a fantastic experience but how would it have been if the hotel was full I’m not sure . We basically had the building to ourselves , the bar lounge was practically empty so was the ski room . Oh speaking of bar lounge , the club sandwich is a must .

Such nice and attentive staff, great rooms, very clean, wonderful breakfast, missing hot pancakes said our son, spa was full so we need to book earlier 😊. Thanks for being a very nice host! Looking forward to come back.

An Excellent hotel. The service from the staff is top draw and the facilities are superb with the hotel in the heart of Meribel Centre means you are close to everything . The fireplace in the room is a great addition for skiing trips. Don’t hesitate to stay

Le Kaila exceeded every expectation. A nervous American who wondered how we would be treated in such a nice hotel, given we love a casual experience, I fell in love with every part of this hotel. Amazing front desk, a breakfast made from dreams, Francois in the ski shot, who personally put on our boots everyday ( yes he actually put on our boots and buckled them up, and at the end of day dried and cleaned boots!), skis placed on the slopes outside the hotel daily, beautiful rooms and lobby, unbelievable huge pool with many areas with jets to sooth you after a day on slopes. This was truly one of the best hotels we have stayed and can not provide a stronger recco for anyone going to Meribel. Location is superb, close to amazing shops and restaurants, cheese shops, and wonderful bars for apre ski!

Lack of staff in the reception & restaurant Nice clean rooms Would not go back especially to next door for dinner as food was very poor and the music was so loud. With only 1 waitress working on a saturday night

We just spent 5 days at wonderful La Kaila Meribel. A great hotel, excellent friendly and professional team taking care of everything. Great reception team, housekeeping, pool team ( big thanks to Luca) breakfast offering exceptional. A warm friendly luxurious hotel with great attention to detail. The ski room team were superb! So helpful, skis placed on the Piste. Excellent location and nothing too much trouble. Can’t wait to come back next ski season. Highly recommend for a great family ski break.
