We stayed as a family of 4 with a dog on a road trip across Europe and were very impressed with the hotel - staff were excellent, rooms were spotless and we were helped in every way possible from assistance with parking (a top box meant we could not fit in the underground garage) to helping source a vet for our unwell dog. We are due to return in our way back to the UK and are looking forward to it. The food was excellent, our only reason to not award 5 star was the menu was somewhat limited and not that “child” friendly in terms of options but as grown ups we loved it!

You really feel welcome here. The overall staff experience was fantastic - and it seems to be a very nice atmosphere also among the staff members. The food was excellent - and also the location was terrific; close to the the city center but still quite and relaxing without traffic noise etc.

The Hotel overall is nice . It is a 15 minute walk to the center. My only complaint is that the A/C is not able to cool the room down. If you are like myself accustomed to A/C then do not stay here during the months of June/July. When i questioned the front desk regarding the A/C they simply said that most people just open the windows at night and just deal with mosquitoes . The room would not cool below 80 F/ 27 C the 2 nights that we were there. That I am sure is great for most of the year but at over $375 a night I would have expected more. At least tell people before they arrive so they have the option to go elsewhere.

Just a lovely experience , always friendly staff , excellent food , nice facility , rooms and Apartments modern and well maintained , walkways around the hotel are nice and ok for all levels of walking and hiking , we will definitely come again ,

Der Sittnerhof ist immer zu empfehlen, Familien - mit liebe geführt. Ein Haus zum wohlfühlen und das Zentrum Meran in 15 Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Eine schnörkellose schmackhafte Küche und auf alle Wünsche eingehen. Der alte Baumbestand in der Lage einfach zum genießen. Ein Personal das immer gut gelaunt serviert. Schön wäre es, mit zwei Kleiderhaken am Balkon, da könnte man die Kleidung zum Lüften aufnehmen, vielleicht als kleine Anregung. Hochwertige Zimmer ausgestattet. Die Getränke der Saison angepasst.

Conosco da tanti anni questo meraviglioso ed elegantissimo Hotel che anche nel mio recente prolungato soggiorno mi ha fornito la possibilità di trascorrere piacevolissimi e sereni giorni di massimo relax sotto tutti i punti di vista, in un contesto assolutamente tranquillo immerso nel verde tra i vigneti di proprietà, a soli 10' circa a piedi dal centro di Merano. Considero il suo livello qualitativo molto elevato, ad iniziare dalla cordialissima disponibilità e professionalità della gentile Fam. Brunner e di tutto il Team, in tutti i settori dell'Hotel, dalle camere estremamente confortevoli, pulitissime e puntualmente curate, da tutti i servizi, dalle numerose e varie specialità gastronomiche preparate accuratamente dallo Chef e collaboratori; il tutto impreziosito dai vini ottenuti dai loro stessi vigneti, dal wellness con una completa fantastica spa e cura della persona, con bellissima piscina coperta e scoperta; insomma tutto ciò che si possa immaginare e desiderare per una imperdibile ed indimenticabile vacanza. Spazioso e comodissimo garage sotterraneo. Consiglio vivamente questo pregiatissimo Hotel !

Auch in diesem Jahr haben wir wieder eine sehr schöne Woche im Sittnerhof verbracht; sind viel gewandert und haben das ausgezeichnete Essen (umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, 5-Gänge-Menü zum Abendessen auf Sterne-Niveau!!, mit einem tollen Salatbuffet) genossen. Die beiden Schwestern sind immer da und erfüllen den Gästen jeden Wunsch; das Servicepersonal ist stets froh gelaunt und aufmerksam. Nicht zu vergessen: die Zimmer werden täglich sehr sorgfältig aufgeräumt und aufgefrischt, aller 2 Tage gab es neue Bettbezüge. Die Verwöhnmassage haben wir sehr genossen. Die Weinverkostung mit den eigenen Weinen vom ihrem Weinberg unterhalb des Tappeinerweges hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Die Reservierung für 2025 ist gemacht -wir kommen wieder!!!

Siamo stati accolti molto bene , avevamo una Junior Suite con terrazzo e il confort era fantastico. Armadi in abbondanza ed un bagno molto bello e spazioso. Abbiamo cenato due volte e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti della varietà dei menù. Speriamo di tornare per fare la famosa passeggiata che non abbiamo potuto fare per la pioggia.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Meran und verbrachten 10 Tage im Sittnerhof. Er liegt abseits von Autolärm in einem Villenviertel und doch ist man tatsächlich in 10 Min. zu Fuß im Zentrum der Stadt. Das Hotel bietet jeglichen Komfort, so daß man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gerne im Haus bzw. Zimmer - wir hatten die Junior-Suite - aufhält, um Schwimmbad, Sauna etc. zu genießen. Das Frühstückbuffet ist reichhaltig mit ausgezeichnetem Kaffee, das Abendessen hat uns allerdings restlos begeistert. Die Speisen sind von hoher Qualität, liebevoll zubereitet und serviert, so daß wir überhaupt kein Bedürfnis hatten, uns anderweitig zu verköstigen. Auch der hauseigene Wein schmeckt hervorragend, deshalb mußten auch ein paar Flaschen mit uns nach Hause fahren. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, bestens betreut von den beiden Chefinnen Alexandra und Patrizia Brunner und deren Personal.
