Great location.

房間還不錯，可能語言溝通問題，沒有每天打掃，後來最後一天，自己感覺可能他們這個酒店打掃是在上午的。兩天，三天清理了下垃圾袋。第三天，房間打掃了。吃的地方也近，酒店出來過紅綠燈後，往下走，右邊有家牛排很不錯，外國人吃的比較多，牛排也好。酒店出來往右走，第一個紅綠燈右轉，就是公交車，可以去奧特萊斯，進出很方便，離在唐人街近，超市走路十分鐘，買東西多，建議可以拖個行李箱去，因為這個路有坡度……走起來很吃力😥在説一下酒店，客廳很實用，房間也好，兩個房間，廚房間也好，去維媽那買了牛排，蝦，自己回來煎了吃，也很好👍👍

首先表揚攜程的反饋速度，及時解決了問題。酒店的地理位置還可以，但是housekeeping實在是太差了，床頭櫃上的沙子兩天都沒有擦一下，最離譜的是把馬桶刷擺在了洗漱台上！不知道是什麼意思，已把照片發給酒店方。

房間設施有點老化了，洗衣機和烘乾機是分開的，型號也有點年代了。酒店地理位置絕佳，城市中的大平層view，還看到了熱氣球。酒店水温必須吐槽，冷熱嚴重滯後，要麼燙死，要麼冷的，找不到平衡點。價格也很貴，性價比一般。

設施齊全，地理位置優越。重點是隔音太差，沒有衞生服務差，甚至兩天沒人來收拾房間搞衞生。不會再選擇

adina的位置很優越，就在市中心，去哪裡都很方便。前台辦理入住很迅速，服務也很周到。家庭出遊首選。

位置好 還乾淨

I brought a group of 16 US uni students to Melbourne. This hotel is located centrally with easy access to public transport and the CBD. Very nicely appointed apartment with full kitchen and laundry. Very convenient. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We try to stay here every time we visit Melbourne. We are returning in May with another group and will be staying here again.

Spacious and very comfortable. It had frig, stove, dishwasher, nice view, fast elevators. Front desk very helpful and quick to respond to any issues. Superb location. We highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was lovely and exceeded our expectations. Everything that we needed was within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again

Large and well fit out apartment. Quiet. Extremely clean. Very comfortable beds. Great location with very helpful staff. 10 out of 10 for me.

Very nice 1 bedroom apartment. Hotel is in a convenient location, plenty of shops, restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly.

Brilliant location! Easy walk to a great variety - Queen Vic Markets, Spencer Street DFO and station, Southbank, City shopping and the fabulous Hardware Lane is just around the corner!
