Very comfortable, quiet, and clean room. Peaceful atmosphere. Really excellent dinner. They arranged airport pickup for us, which went smoothly. A staff member came to the street to meet us and guide us to the riad - glad he did because the entrance is down a long, narrow, dark alley that I never would have attempted at night otherwise. But once we knew it was there it was easy to find again and is steps away from Jemaa el-Fnaa. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, clean room, lovely and calm atmosphere. The smell is lovely when entering and leaving each day. Great breakfast everyday! Helpful in booking reservations, chargers and always smiling. I will be visiting again and will be returning back to Riad Rimal!

Loved loved loved this gorgeous quaint Riad. Location was perfect, was within walking distance to all the sites I wanted to visit. Staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful, polite and always happy to help. The rooms were spacious and clean as was the rest of the Riad, spotless! Can’t recommend enough! The only difficulty we had was , it’s located on a pedestrian only walk way, a two minute walk from the main road down some small walkway but our can driver was really helpful and gave us directions. Be warned in some places you can’t get 5G and can’t access Google maps

Visited Marrakech with family to celebrate 2 big birthdays and stayed in this beautiful Riad. It’s in a fantastic location, 5/10 min walk from the Medina and short walks from points of interest and restaurants. The staff here are friendly, approachable and can’t do enough for you. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had always wanted to come to Marrakesh and after extensive studies we selected Riad Al Rimai. I must admit it was a good choice, the room we stayed in was excellent for us. It didn’t have a coffee pot or TV but that was all good it made us leave the room and explore. It is inside the Medina so we were always just a few steps away from all the shops and restaurants in the area. You must be made aware that traveling through the alley ways to and from your hotel is a little tricky but people have done it for years and you also will get used to eat. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The meals were traditional and expected. I suggest you try a few if the hotel Recommendations for eating out the places were really good. Oh we decided to play on the side of causes and not drink the water. Bottle water was plentiful and and expensive.

Excellent, gorgeous, traditional riad. Very relaxing place to stay yet very close to main square. Hot tub on rooftop was great. Staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend it. The breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit and pancakes every day.

We stayed here from a family member’s recommendation, and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend arriving to Marrakech during the day so that you can get your bearings. Arriving to the riad would have been very intimidating on our own, but our taxi was greeted by Fath, and his wonderfully smiling face, and he escorted us through the winding alleyways to the hotel. It seems very unnerving coming from the large open streets in western culture to the small alleys of Marrakech, but you will start to adjust. The Riad is central to the main tourist spots in the city and is walking distance to the markets. The hotel has a friendly staff, and good location and the room is well maintained, has a private bathroom and air conditioned. We would stay here again.

The place is amazing and the staff are all friendly specially Fath. Look for him he help us out a lot very well recomended. Shout to Fath we will be back to see you again. All the best to Fath hope to see you in Dubai so we can treat you there as you like.😂

I am wondering if there are two parts of this riad because our room didn't look anything like the ones in other travelers pictures. The rooftop breakfast spot was the same though. Our room had glass doors, everyone could see into our room. We would close the outer wood doors but then we were in a dungeon like room with no sunlight. We would close them when we left to come back to them being open and everyone seeing in our room. The room was WAY overcrowded with unnecessary decorations. They had 5 large baskets on the floor and about 12 accent pillows. We had to move everything into the closet so we could walk in the room and have space for the suitcases. Showerhead was lose so it would move all over the place and spray you in the face or start spraying the wall. If they moved all the unnecessary decoration out, did something about the glass doors, fixed the shower and improved the breakfast(stay day or two old rolls and charged for eggs) they could improve. I also think they must have been short staffed, there was rarely a person at the front desk so we weren't able to ask for help for many of the things.
