Sin duda es un lugar precioso , muy limpio , la comida rica ( desayuno ) Muy amables , la habitación está bien , calidad precio es justo Ofrecen servicio de taxi desde y hacia el aeropuerto sugiero tomarlo con ellos ya que es similar el precio en el app roby y por la ubicación estás más tranquilo Para comprar la sim del celular , el conductor nos paro en un lugar

Gracias, gracias, gracias. Que maravillosa experiencia en este magnífico lugar. Es como estar en un oasis en el medio del bullicio de Marrakech y su maravillosa cultura. La Paz, lo bonito de cada detalle del Riad, la comida, la limpieza y sobre todo y por encima de todo, la profesionalidad y amabilidad de todo su equipo. Destacando a IBRAHIM, MOURAD y JAMAL, que hacen en todo momento que te sientas como en casa y te explican todo lo que necesitas saber para vivir la mejor experiencia que puedas exprimir en la Medina y sus alrededores. Habitación preciosa con balcón a la piscina, súper limpia y bien cuidada. Comimos y cenamos varias veces y todo estaba riquísimo. Nos dimos un masaje de los que ofrecen que nos dejó encantados y súper relajados. Los atardeceres en su tejado son de película y las noches estrelladas con la luna parecen estampadas en un lienzo. Piscina imprescindible para refresc**** del calor y la sombra de sus jardines hacen que estes súper a gusto. En definitiva, el sitio más recomendable para unas buenas vacaciones aquí. Y volvemos a agradecer lo bien que nos han cuidado. VOLVEREMOS, GRACIAS OTRA VEZ.❤️❤️❤️

Stayed for 5 nights with another couple. The rooms are decent and the location is good. Its a bit north of the main Medina square. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was quite good and varied on all the days we stayed. There is a small pool - but this was very cold as its not heated and even in April during the afternoon the water felt quite cold. There is a good seating / relaxing area. There is no tea or coffee in the rooms was lucky we took some masala tea packets otherwise we would have struggled. They do serve their Morrocan tea but its not the same.

The Riad was an amazing experience. Right in the centre of Medina but so calm and Serene. Our room and bathroom was spacious and very well decorated. Really gorgeous. We loved the breakfast area . So warm . The coulours , the fire place . And the best local bread. The personnel very helpful . I strongly recommend the staying .

The Riad is such a nice place. It provides such a safe environment, escaping from the suburban area surrounding it. The Staff is super friendly, and the guy that works in the morning in the reception is the nicest guy ever. He arranged us taxis, private drivers, gave us a map and explained us everything we needed to know to get to know our way around the city. If you’re looking for a friendly, safe space with good food and good staff this is a must go :)

This is a must stay when visiting Morocco , it’s a little hidden oasis. The staff go above and beyond to make it feel like a home away from home. It has everything and the rooms and extremely comfortable . The bathroom is gorgeous , highly recommend paying that bit extra to have the master suite you won’t regret it . Also make sure try lunch and dinner it was so tasty . The riad is in the middle of the medina in the old town which can be a little daunting at first however you soon realise it’s bustling at night and all lit up and we didn’t get any hassle the whole time we were there . Couldn’t thank the staff more they really did make it the best guest experience

Top notch Riad experience. Loved every minute. I always love the surprise of stepping from the dusty ancient streets of the Medina into the quiet, cool courtyard settings of the Riad’s we have stayed in before. Riad Charai will not disappoint, the accommodation, staff and location were perfect.

Beautiful hotel. Only 4 sun lounges by the pool so I can’t imagine how it would be during busy periods but for us it was lovely and empty. It had a pool and had a lovely Moroccan decor. The workers were lovely and very helpful. When you arrive they give you a full breakdown of the area. As far as the area goes Marrakech wasn’t our favourite. There’s a few scammers that will lie and say you you can’t go down some streets because of prayer, just don’t ever stop and talk to people or follow people. If they start walking with you just walk away saying no. There’s an app called maps me that work without internet that is good to use but I also used google. It’s more touristy than some other places in Morocco so I felt a lot more comfortable wearing what I wanted there compared to places like Rabat wheres there’s less tourist. Rabat is better because there’s less scams, beach’s, cleaner streets and much easier navigation. But as far as the hotel goes it was lovely.

Absolutely gorgeous riad. The pool, gardens, rooftop terrace, breakfast, rooms.. all amazing. The staff are so attentive and helpful. The decor and cleanliness are outstanding. The vibe is romantic in my opinion, so ideal for couples but also families. Wouldn't recommend for solo travellers necessarily if you prefer more social vibes.
