The house is located in a quiet street in a residential area and is fully fenced to bring your pet with you. Alex beach is one of the best beaches for surfing and swimming on the Coast. On the ground floor, you have a lounge room with a smart Tv to connect your Netflix or just relax in the comfort of the sofas. A dining room, with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking your meals, a dishwasher, a large fridge and laundry with a washing machine, as well as a full bathroom and an outdoor undercover area for dining. On the top floor, you have 2 outdoor balconies to enjoy the ocean breeze and the lush vegetation surrounding. The 2 bedrooms have the following bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - a Queen bed, a large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, ceiling fan and a sliding door to access the front balcony. Bedroom 2 - a Queen bed, a small built-in wardrobe, a set of draws and a ceiling fan. Plus a toilet and a bathroom and another undercover outdoor area. The back deck has a retractable clothesline. The house has wide windows and doors to allow the ocean breeze to circulate in abundance.
