La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía dejar la luz de la noche, porque iluminaba el dormitorio. El hotel está a pocos pasos de la playa del algodón. A very nice, clean modern apartment. The staff and management were great. However the parking is insane. Our car park was next to 53 ( a green Audi and resident) and she went out of her way to make it known short term guests weren’t welcome. Deliberately obtuse which doesn’t surprise me as a quick Google of her name shows she was removed from the building’s Body Corp for “allegedly” embezzling nearly 50k worth of funds.

The best part is the pool, although it is not heated. The spa was stone cold unfortunately. Unknowingly we were allocated a unit up 3 flights of stairs and our view was of skyscraper buildings across the road. The beach was across another road. The unit was spotless but only a few miserable tea bags, sugar and coffee. One piece of soap and one dishwasher tablet. One set of towels. What would have been useful is instructions as to where to put rubbish (in a basement garage) how to operate the opener for the garage and gate. THE MOST IMPORTANT ADVICE is for kiwis to have a phone that works in Aust. We arrived in the dark only to find an Aust mobile number on the gate. In the end I had to shout until another occupier heard us to let us in. We worked out the keypad number was the post code plus hash. The beds were comfy but very soft. The unit was spacious but a ground floor one would be my pick. We would stay here again as it is in a handy spot but quiet. The reception is only open 8 to 5.

La unidad estaba equipada y muy grande con un salón combinado/comedor, una cocina separada, un lavadero con un baño separado, un baño con baño separado y una ducha sin baño y un baño con ducha (buena presión), El hotel dispone de una habitación de 2 habitaciones con camas de tamaño real (comfortable) y espacio en los armarios. En la cocina había un refrigerador de tamaño completo, un horno, una cocina, un microondas, un lavavajillas, un caldero, un tostador, etc. y suficientes cocinas, pantalones, cocina y cuchillos. Las dos partes de esta unidad son que se siente como si estuvieras en un cubo de pescado, ya que las unidades alrededor tienen una buena vista a la cocina, sala de estar y balcón. El segundo fue que el WIFI no existía. Hemos reemplazado el router en una fase, pero esto se ha demostrado ser sólo una fijación temporal. We booked Unit 11 for 1 x month through Norm Martin, a local Real Estate Agent, and stressed when making the booking that I had restricted mobility and was the holder of a Disabled Parking Permit and required easy access plus Safe and secure Undercover Car Parking. When we arrived at the Apartments there were signs in the Basement advising that there were cracks in the Concrete floors above Car Parks 6 to 12 and to 'cover your car to stop concrete Lime damage to the car paintwork when it rained'. This is the Storm season in Qld so it was raining and continued to rain. As the apartment was not booked through the Management at Argyle I had to direct contact Norm Martin, the Real Estate Agent, and expressed my disappointment with the condition of the Car Parking and the injury risk also to me of falling on the wet slippery concrete in the Car Bays. I received a call from the agent to advise me that the Owner now wanted us to park our car outside in the street or the open public car park at the rear of the Apartments which means we will be walking on wet, slippery painted concrete with oil spills on it and no protection for the car from possible Hail. The Agent offered to relocate us - Totally at our expense and $300 a week increase in rental ($1,200.00) increase for 4 x weeks - also we would have to move again as they could not offer anything for the full 4 x weeks. They apparently do not understand that I have restricted mobility and require a walking aide for stability. There are no Designated Disabled Parking spaces in the Apartment Car Parking. As my wife was employed for 4 x weeks relief work she was not available to assist in relocation. Apartment No.11 itself was ideal for our short term requirements and has had an internal renovation to Kitchen, Living and Bedroom. It is a very small 1 x Bedroom, very clean and well kitted out however; there is no oven and we were not informed of this exclusion until we arrived on the scene. Be aware that there is no designated safe, secure parking for Disabled Parking. Also be aware that you have to supply all of your Bedding; Towels; T-Towels.

A very nice, clean modern apartment. The staff and management were great. However the parking is insane. Our car park was next to 53 ( a green Audi and resident) and she went out of her way to make it known short term guests weren’t welcome. Deliberately obtuse which doesn’t surprise me as a quick Google of her name shows she was removed from the building’s Body Corp for “allegedly” embezzling nearly 50k worth of funds.

We booked Unit 11 for 1 x month through Norm Martin, a local Real Estate Agent, and stressed when making the booking that I had restricted mobility and was the holder of a Disabled Parking Permit and required easy access plus Safe and secure Undercover Car Parking. When we arrived at the Apartments there were signs in the Basement advising that there were cracks in the Concrete floors above Car Parks 6 to 12 and to 'cover your car to stop concrete Lime damage to the car paintwork when it rained'. This is the Storm season in Qld so it was raining and continued to rain. As the apartment was not booked through the Management at Argyle I had to direct contact Norm Martin, the Real Estate Agent, and expressed my disappointment with the condition of the Car Parking and the injury risk also to me of falling on the wet slippery concrete in the Car Bays. I received a call from the agent to advise me that the Owner now wanted us to park our car outside in the street or the open public car park at the rear of the Apartments which means we will be walking on wet, slippery painted concrete with oil spills on it and no protection for the car from possible Hail. The Agent offered to relocate us - Totally at our expense and $300 a week increase in rental ($1,200.00) increase for 4 x weeks - also we would have to move again as they could not offer anything for the full 4 x weeks. They apparently do not understand that I have restricted mobility and require a walking aide for stability. There are no Designated Disabled Parking spaces in the Apartment Car Parking. As my wife was employed for 4 x weeks relief work she was not available to assist in relocation. Apartment No.11 itself was ideal for our short term requirements and has had an internal renovation to Kitchen, Living and Bedroom. It is a very small 1 x Bedroom, very clean and well kitted out however; there is no oven and we were not informed of this exclusion until we arrived on the scene. Be aware that there is no designated safe, secure parking for Disabled Parking. Also be aware that you have to supply all of your Bedding; Towels; T-Towels.

FANTASTIC. Las habitaciones son enormes y el calor en el cuarto fue un tratamiento tan grande! Las vistas al océano son magníficas.. The best part is the pool, although it is not heated. The spa was stone cold unfortunately. Unknowingly we were allocated a unit up 3 flights of stairs and our view was of skyscraper buildings across the road. The beach was across another road. The unit was spotless but only a few miserable tea bags, sugar and coffee. One piece of soap and one dishwasher tablet. One set of towels. THE MOST IMPORTANT ADVICE is for kiwis to have a phone that works in Aust. We arrived in the dark only to find an Aust mobile number on the gate. In the end I had to shout until another occupier heard us to let us in. We worked out the keypad number was the post code plus hash. The beds were comfy but very soft. The unit was spacious but a ground floor one would be my pick. We would stay here again as it is in a handy spot but quiet. The reception is only open 8 to 5.

La ubicación es muy buena, el apartamento de vista del mar, la casa de apartamentos está completa, la carretera de salida es la playa, una de las playas de surf muy buena, caminar por todos los restaurantes alrededor 1-10 minutos, el mayor centro comercial de la región conduce 10 minutos, la piscina de apartamentos + sauna + BBQ + 1° piso de entretenimiento es muy adecuado para viajes familiares Bien. El sapo es que hay un poco de aroma en el cuarto de baño cuando se abre el restaurante de abajo, pero la ventana puede cerrar. Cuidado con la protección de la lluvia y la protección de la lluvia durante el día, y la noche es agradable.

Como miembro de Accor bastante decepcionado considerando esto es la razón por la que me quedé como miembro de platino. No espere ningún beneficio, no hay actualizaciones de habitación o checkout temprano o tardío. El servicio es pobre. 2.5 estrellas. Restaurante y actividades están en el Novotel 10min a pie.
