Maris Beach Hotel

Avoid this hotel if you can. Your included breakfast is disgusting! same thing daily, horrible sausages, beans, eggs, soggy chips, same type but different cut cheese and some disgusting ham. Not much to choose from at all and its the same every day ( sausages stay there probably for 3-4 days, they do look rotten!). Lets move to the rooms. Even though it says AIR CONDITIONED you wont have acces to air con unless you pay 150TL per day extra and they only tell u that at the reception. there is an aircon in the room but they dont give you the coroller for it, it costs extra. No kettle in the room either. i am lacto intolerant so couldnt make my drinks as downstairs bar uses normal milk only (same for breakfast). it also advertise a flat screen tv in room, well let me tell you, my laptop screen is bigger than their tv (only one english channel and thats BBC),wardrobe stucked in the room oposite the bed and the doors of it wont open full as there are no space. I dont know how this hotel have good reviews. it is honestly shocking. the only nice thing in there is staff. would never recommend to anyone and will not return here either…

Just back from a week at the Maris Beach hotel and had a wonderful holiday there. Excellent value for money, especially as we had a room on the top floor overlooking the sea. Amazing view you'd struggle to find for such a good price anywhere else. We enjoyed it so much, we're already looking at booking again later in the year. The room was clean and modern, and the cleaner came every day. It was a little small, but sufficient for the two of us. As some other reviews mention, the beds are quite hard which took a bit of getting used to, and the blankets are thin. We had a couple of days of cooler weather so could've done with a bit more bed covering. The hotel location is great - so many shops, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the beach itself. We walked around most of Marmaris, and got a taxi or bus nearby if we wanted to go a bit further such as to Içmeler or Turunç (both recommended, especially Turunç). Of course, being so close to some bars, you do get a bit of noise into the night - but being on holiday, you're usually out enjoying the nightlife yourself anyway. Breakfast is basic, but they do offer a few new options each day so you don't really get bored of it. It was enough to set us up for the day. I don't normally need much from hotel staff, but I had a couple of problems on this trip and they went out of their way to help me. So nice to know the staff will look after you if you need it.

Lovely hotel right on the beach literally 2 steps away from the sand ! Close to all reastuants and bars and a 5 min walk to shopping centre. Stayed here with cousins, nice clean moden rooms . Swimming pool was small but didnt bother us as beach is 2 steps away , water park next door so added bonus. friendly staff and receptionist ,who made our stay very welcoming. Only downfall is the breakfast that was very repetitive and not many options and the wi fi that didnt work in the room so we had to sit on the beach and use phones. Try the cocktails/ mocktails from the bar best drinks ive had !! 🍹. Hope to stay here again soon 😃

Right beside the beach which u can use for free & had a sea view room,, the views from the morning sunrise are just breath taking. Room itself was cleaned EVERY day & mini fridge kept stocked up with my favourite drinks. Staff are all sound & can help if ur stuck or need advice while on holiday. Hotel is close to all that u need bars, coffee shops, restaurants, waterpark, supermarket & many more. I Came straight home & tried to rebook only jet2 have removed Maris Beach from there options 🙈

Great and friendly Hotel, rooms cleaned every day and spotless. Staff friendly and very accomodating. Will definately go again. Only a 3 star hotel but great value for money. Ideally situated right on the Beach.

Had a fantastic family holiday in this lovely hotel. All the staff are friendly, rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Pool is small but your on the beach so the sea is just a step away. They serve drinks on the beach. Made for a very relaxing holiday!

We booked this hotel as a cheap getaway. There was my husband and I and 21 year old daughter and 19 year old son. We had not been to Turkey on holiday before and decided to go self catering to allow us to try different restaurants etc. we arrived late at night and was lucky enough to have a mini bus to take us and another family into Marmaris. This made it a quick transfer. The mini bus dropped us off in a ally. luckily I had read about this before going so didn’t panic. We literally walked a few minutes and arrived at the hotel. Because the hotel Is on the beach the coaches etc can’t take you to the hotel. On arrival the reception area was cleaned and the reception staff happy and helped with the cases. Our rooms had sea views and were fabulous. They were clean, modern and comfortable. We had a wonderful week and are returning next year. Breakfast was basic but ok. The rooms were always spotless and the beach was lovely. The restaurant under the hotel is reasonable and the food is superb! They will bring drinks and snacks to your beach bed and let you pay at the end of the day. The beach is lovely to walk up and down on and the sea is clean and warm. The local restaurants in the area cater for all your needs. We are out every night and never had a bad meal. We loved this hotel! It exceeded our expectations and have booked again.

Loved this hotel. Great views from balcony. Great food, plenty of choice, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned evert day clean towels given :). Beach right on door.Would definitely recommend and will book again

This is the second time we have stayed here And I don't think it will be the last , great location , great food, great staff , only negative is that they charge for air conditioning which should come as standard ,it should be included in the price and it's very annoying that this should happen when you have traveled for hours and looking forward to your holiday.
