Benim için önemli olan temiz ve manzara olmasiydi ki temiz yataklar manazara mutisti.hizmerleri güler yuzleeiyle ev ortamında yaşadık.birdaha gelsem kesinlikle bu oteli tercih ederim..temuz hijyen ve manzara daha ne ister insan.tsklerimide burdan dile getirmek istedim

internet is poor, could not get room internet.no heater in room. room was very cold. no door on shower. after shower, water was every where including near bed, front door.no shampoo or soap in shower ,

We had a horrible night.
We booked a Royal suit but it was far from that. The room was just next to the wedding yard with a wedding party ongoing with noise and very loud music till 11:30 pm. This would not even be a problem but nobody told us about it. Knowing this we would have selected a different room. When we called the reception, the staff wasnt cooperative, telling us the music will stop soon but it went on for hours. The room was generally nice (very spacious), however, it had several shortcomings that a hotel of this level shouldnt afford - run down bathroom, non-functional electric plugs, no separate toiletries. We could live with these room shortcomings, but the attitude of the staff was really off putting, and destroyed our mood and wish to stay at this hotel again.

It was a fantastic place to stay, I still can’t believe it, how beautiful the building was! The staff was super friendly and helpful, I am very grateful for them. My room was also wonderful and very comportable, however one plugin just didn’t have electricity and the only other was the tv plugin and the wifi didn't really work inside my room.
I don’t know if I got the chance, but I would like to come back there, exactly to the Kervansaray

Quiet and authentic street with several interesting mosques and Hutaniye medrese nearby.
Extensive buulding with many interesting corners. Filling turkush breakfast with hot dishes.
Sone personnel at the reception speaks Englush, but not everybody, the latter could be an issue. Loud music from neirbours till 12 p.m.
The infamous Sabanci museum situated 7 min walk from the hotel.
Overall rather nice given the quality/price ratio.

Odalar bütün resimlerde daha büyük görünürken aslında küçüktü, kahvaltı çok yetersiz, ilgili personel yok, otopark açık ve müsait dendi ancak gittiğimizde müsaitlikte yoktu. Üstelik haber verilmesine rağmen. Yine gittiğimizde saat öğlen 2ydi ancak odalar temizlenmemişti. Odalar hazır değildi. Lokasyon olarak da merkezdeki restoran ve dükkanlara gitmek istediğimizde bi 10-15 dk yokuş tırmandık. Özellikle hamileyseniz tercih etmeyin çünkü hem yokuş tırmanmak hem de içerde sürekli merdiven kullanmak durumunda kalabilirsiniz. Bir daha gelirsem tercih etmiyeceğim bir otel.
