房間小，那兩天特別貴，可能是因為有什麼會議吧。房間簡陋，要不是其他賓館更貴，絕對不住這家。明明可以免費給水的，不問，前台就裝傻不知道，問了之後，還裝傻，這**不是吃飽了撐的嗎？

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig vom Bahnhof entfernt, was für Mannheim super ist. Mit dem Auto muss Mann die hoteleigene Garage für 15 Euro nutzen oder auf die Tiefgarage des HBF ausweichen. Das Hotel ist jetzt nicht das eleganteste, aber für eine Übernachtung direkt am Bahnhof vollkommen in Ordnung . Die Zimmer sind Ok , sauber, aber laut ( die Fenster dichten gut ab) und ohne Klimaanlage ( im Sommer ist es heiss), die Betten bzw. die Matratzen sind richtig gut. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Hôtel près gare principale, accueil sympa, popreté remarquable, TV grand écran plat, avec 1 chaîne en Français.
Les rideaux de fenêtres sont vraiment occultants pour un sommeil total.
Un grand bureau et un réfrigérateur, OK.
Le lit est confortable; douche à, l'italienne; draps, serviettes et savon fournis.
Le petit-déjeuner est OK, avec une salade de vrais fruits

Few minutes away from the center of Mannheim and the central station. Ideal location.
Included breakfast is ok.
And you can have a voucher for free drink if you ask to not clean the room but I never got it

The Novum Hotel Mannheim was a great place to stay - close to the station , and convenient to explore the lovely city. A warm welcome and nice room. I guess it would have been ideal to have tea-making facilities in the room, but the hotel-cost was very reasonable so I understand why that wasn't on offer. I'd be delighted to stay there again.
