The hotel has been changed tremendously since I been a few year ago degreeded and not properly maintain, no hot shower provided, you can ask for a kettle bed are not comfortable very small bad pillows deform although the staff are polite and approachable helpful as well, when I ask to change the room you have to ask firmly or they will just put you ina very small and tight room. The quality is not worth the money just pay a few hundred pesos and get a better one. Not recommended at all specially to those world traveller. The toilet is very low if your tall person kind of hard on knee plus the sink is so small petit kind one.

It was a good experience.

Needed an early check in as , been up all night on a ferry from Siargo. They charged 300 peso on top of room price , got to the room and the shower was freezing, very dirty pillow case , and couldn't get TV to work . We needed to be up early the next day for a flight , so we weren't very impressed. I asked for my 300 pesos back , and they were not at all interested, they just kept saying that we will , get the shower sorted , I said this didn't help us at 9.30 am this morning. Terrible customer service. I will never use this hotel again .

Good hotel for value and I will stay again on my next visit in mandaue cebu Philippines.

You can't expect it to be perfect it was a good price. It was kind of noisy we were along the road. I loved the bed it was so big.

The room is clean and neat and also affordable rooms..staffs are so accommodating and friendly..the place is safe and accessable to church,market,mall and restaurant.. planning to book again in our next visit..

Value for money and complete amenities. What I don’t like, some lights and the phone aren’t working and very few channels from the tv. Helpful staff and guard.

The place is pretty good for the price as a stop if you have a flight the next day. But the shower only gives cold water and there’s no soap or kettle.

The floor of my room was very oily.. the tap water, although not for drinking, taste bitter. The place was quite though

Good price at great location, staff are very nice and honest. I forgot my phone when I checked out and the staff informed me right away.

Bad Experience, I always book that hotel but last night Ang Aircon hindi Lumamig..huhu
