Hoteles en Mammoth Lakes con desayuno

This resort has all of the amenities of a big corporate hotel without any of the stale corporatized decor and energy! Every detail is thoughtful and homey, and everyone who we met at the hotel was wonderful from the guests to the staff! In particular, Chip and Eric were absolutely wonderful! We stopped at the wine bar in the cozy fireplace room for a nightcap, and as wine professionals we were surprised and impressed by the high-caliber wine menu, rivaling any other restaurant in town! Put this wine bar on your list even if you don't end up booking a room -- but, you should absolutely book a room! Also, if you are lucky enough to share a conversation with Eric and Chip - I promise you, meeting them will be the highlight of your trip, as it was ours.

Buen servicio del hotel. Muy atentos y amable el personal. Un 5/5 Fuimos a cenar al restaurante. Buen servicio un 5/5. El restaurante del hotel es caro…. Pero si comes bien no importa. Pedimos dos platos iguales de elk (venado) . Nos sirvieron uno de los platos con 2 costillas y otro con 1 costilla. El precio el mismo, 46$ + tasas + 18% de propina. Preguntamos porque y nos dijeron que eran las raciones standard y que estaban pesadas. Juzguen en las fotos. Sin comentarios. Pero no tolero que me tomen el pelo.

Las instalaciones del hotel son bastante completas, ¡todo es horno, ollas y cuchillos! La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, porque era una suite, era muy grande y había un balcón con vistas. ¡Lo único que lamento es que la piscina esté siendo reparada y no hay forma de nadar! La ubicación está un poco lejos, alrededor de las 9 en punto, ¡las tiendas cercanas están cerradas!

We had room 6 at this friendly B&B, the room looked out over some pine trees at the back of the building. There was an armchair, a table with 2 chairs, a very comfortable king size bed with side tables and sockets for charging. The room also had a toaster oven, a fridge and freezer (quiet) and a microwave and a worktop with a sink. No tea or coffee making but my wife microwaved water to make tea and I went to reception where there was always a coffee pot on the go. The bathroom had a separate sink area with room for all your bits and pieces and a bath with a shower. The shower had the best water pressure I found in our many days of travelling. It didn’t quite knock you across the bathroom but was powerful! We loved it, after lots of driving it was a relief to feel really clean. My ocd detected some interesting diy attempts but they were endearing rather than annoying! There was no a/c but it wasn’t necessary, the room has large sliding windows with bug screens and there was a nice breeze coming through the room. There is also an outside door leading done some steps to the side alley. Best not to have this open at night as there is bear activity in the area. Breakfast is in the main reception area. There are several tables as well as 2 sofas with tables. It is billed as simple but it’s really more than that. I was so pleased they had a creamy fat free yoghurt and granola which suited me perfectly. There was bread and a toaster, butter, peanut butter (of course) and a couple of hot stainless steel things with lids (I forget what they are called) with scrambled eggs and hash browns. Two filter coffee pots with proper coffee and hot water for tea. It was lovely, after spending time in 4-5 star hotels where you sit in a stuffy dining room and have to order off a menu, this was a refreshing change. For dinner we walked a very short distance to the Pizza and Tap which has a wide range of local beers on tap and good food. There is also a sports bar and grill but it was too noisy for us. There is also a row of shops which include a coffee shop. This is a place run by young people who are doing a great job. I imagine its a snowboarders heaven in the winter. There are two new buildings to the side of the building which will add capacity.

Como la mejor opción de Vegas a Yosemite y San Francisco, debido a que otros hoteles no son demasiado caros ni están demasiado deteriorados, las instalaciones en general limpias y refrescantes, simples, la recepcionista es muy agradable y amable, más puntos

Over the past several years, my husband and I have enjoyed libations and live music at Tamarack Lodge and fine dining at Lakefront Restaurant as well as hikes around Twin Lakes and cross country skiing….but we hadn’t had the pleasure of enjoying Tamarack as resort guests until this past weekend. So glad I made an old-school in-person visit to make inquiries about lodging! When I shared that I was hoping to plan a surprise overnight cabin stay for my husband’s birthday, Brian was very attentive, outlining all options available and patiently answering all of my questions. Luckily, Brian was able to immediately secure the accommodations we wanted on the date we needed. To say my husband was pleasantly surprised is an understatement! Brian and the Tamarack Lodge staff made our first stay an exceptionally memorable one! Pictures say more than words, so I posted the maximum allowable (and wanted to post at least 10 more scenics!) We look forward to enjoying more classic lakeside retreats at Tamarack, hoping to celebrate all four seasons with family and friends at this haven for years to come.

El hotel está a 15 minutos a pie del centro de negocios de la ciudad. Hay varios supermercados y restaurantes, lo cual es muy conveniente. En comparación con la desolación del Valle de la Muerte el día anterior, el paisaje del lago Mammoth es simplemente pequeño y fresco, con montañas nevadas, lagos y bosques que contrastan entre sí. Sería bueno nevar en invierno.
