Service is excellent! Room is clean and spacious. The staff are very accommodating. Bed could be a bit softer.

房間乾淨，有一次性用品，房間有點潮濕的氣味，其餘都還行。早餐可選擇性少，但是能吃飽。最讚的是有附近園區的免費接駁服務，需要去附近哪個公司，隨時有車送達。附近幾分鐘距離有超市，還有奧萊店，購物方便。

It is important to note that we strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative options. It is disheartening to see that a hotel with so much potential places less emphasis on customer satisfaction and providing high-quality service. Please consider this before making your decision. My wife and I were interested in booking one of the Lima Park Hotel venues, so we contacted to inquire about rates. However, the responses we received could have been more helpful and brief, which suggested that the staff were not interested in accommodating our needs. As a result of our poor experience, we have decided not to book our vacation at Lima Park Hotel. We hope that the management at Lima Park Hotel will take the necessary steps to improve their customer service standards and demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.

It is disappointing that a hotel with so much potential needs to prioritize customer satisfaction and quality service. My husband and I were interested in booking one of their venues, so we reached out to inquire about rates. However, the responses we received were brief and unhelpful, suggesting that the staff were not interested in accommodating our needs. Unfortunately, our experience with Lima Park Hotel's customer service disappointed me. We hope that the management at Lima Park Hotel will take steps to improve their customer service standards and demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Lima Park Hotel was clean and the location was convenient with easy access to malls, restaurants and nearby attractions. One of the standout features in our room was bathtub. It was spacious and kids enjoyed a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. But it’s quite expensive especially considering it didn’t include breakfast. However, it excelled in terms of cleanliness and had a great location.

Staffs were friendly but the room was disappointing. The bathroom has a semi working door & the shower & bath is difficult to inter change. The food at breakfast time was very basic. Overall the hotel rate did not justified the amenities & other things
