We had googled our way to the fact that the Hilton Mainz has a very good location right down to the Rhine and you can purchase access to the hotel's ”Executive Lounge”. We booked 5 nights and we were ready for a little vacation by the Rhine. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were quickly and efficiently checked in by Mrs. Blanco Flores, who upgraded us to a room with a view of the Rhine. Mrs. Flores made us aware, that the ”Executive Lounge” was unfortunately not that big, but we had to see that with our ”own eyes”. Really good service was provided upon check-in, and our expectations for the stay at the hotel became greater. The room we had been allocated was on the 5th floor with a wonderful view of the Rhine. We had booked a room with breakfast, so we were excited to see, how the breakfast buffet was. But we were very pleasantly surprised there 😊.. There was a reasonably large selection of various breads and hot items, so it was just a matter of getting started with breakfast. The hotel allows you to sit outside and enjoy your breakfast with a view of the Rhine, and watch the people walking and cycling past. We were very lucky with the weather, so breakfast was enjoyed for a little longer time than usual. After breakfast, we went up and see how the ”Executive Lounge” was. But unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed. The ”Executive Lounge” consists of 2 small rooms, where there were 3 tables in each room, and 3 people could sit at each table. When we got outside the time when alcoholic drinks are served, we could see that you could have a cup of coffee or an apollinaris. The snacks on display looked a bit boring, and the fruit wasn't of the best quality either. But cheer up, it could be good in the evening... But when we visited the ”Executive Lounge” in the evening, beer, wine and spirits were on display - but the snacks that were also on display didn't seem particularly inviting - so we didn't take any of them. Summary of our experience of the ”Executive Lounge” is that it is not necessary to purchase access to the ”Executive Lounge”. And we can only encourage hotel management to go on a study trip to Düsseldorf or Dresden, where we have experienced what an ”Executive Lounge” should really be like. In general, the level of service is very high, and the staff a super good service at the hotel 😊... Here we have to highlight in particular: Mrs. Flores from the reception, Heike from the breakfast restaurant and Brittany from Guest Relations. They gave us a really good service during our stay. In summary, we would give the hotel 4 stars out of 5. If the hotel should have had the last star, the ”Executive Lounge” must be upgraded with better rooms. (Could space be created for a small area down in the restaurant area, so that you also have the opportunity to sit outside on the warm summer evenings. We would like to come again at another time to enjoy the good location and super service 😊..

Hotel en una ubicación increíble, con hermosas vistas, desayuno increíble, muy buena variedad y una atención sobresaliente, el restaurante increíble, el check-out señorita muy simpática y amable, lamentablemente solo estuvimos una noche pero sin dudas volveremos pronto

Arriviamo tardi ma troviamo chi ci aspetta e consiglia dove rivolgerci per la cena. L'hotel è in periferia, si confonde con le villette della zona, a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro. La camera spaziosa e pulita. Buona anche la colazione. Consigliato.

Excelente comida y buen desayuno la habitación es limpia y cómoda sólo me he metido un comentario sobre los canales de televisión no hay Canal Inglés Espero que la gestión del hotel se encargue de añadir canales Inglés cerca de eso es un supermercado turco y también otro gran supermercado 2 restaurantes muy cerca del hotel a unos 10 metros de la estación de autobús italiana y alemana está a unos 200 metros del centro de la ciudad y la estación principal de trenes.

Clean hotel with great location: excellent access to Wiesbaden main train station and nice mall next door. City also in walking distance. Very friendly staff all around. Kaif at hotel bar is phenomenal. Would definitely stay again.

Al momento del arribo todos muy amables, las instalaciones del hotel limpios y nuevos. Es un hotel relativamente nuevo, solo tiene dos años. El problema se presentó primero en la noche, solo hay o había una persona que atienda a los pasajeros que venían a hacer su check in, esa misma persona atendía el bar, no tienen servicio de cocina por la noche. Luego al día siguiente al momento del desayuno solicite que preparen unos huevos revueltos para mi hijo menor, ya que en el buffet no tenían más que huevos cocidos. Me dijeron que no podían hacerlo, yo les comenté que en el hotel Holiday Inn Express de Frankfurt si me los hicieron, y me respondieron que ellos no lo hacían, lamentablemente la atención del personal no es muy buena, se acabó la masa de pankekes y tenía que esperar a que buenamente el personal lo hagae acabo el jugo de naranja y por más que les dije que no había y siendo antes de las 10am, no lo repusieron. En conclusión, instalaciones OK, servicio pésimo.

El AC sólo funcionará cuando se inserta la clave de la habitación primero, de modo que puede entrar en habitaciones calientes y amarillas, ya que las ventanas abren una pequeña slot. Positivo es que el AC está controlado por separado para cada habitación, la temperatura no está predeterminada por el hotel o limitada a por ejemplo 20° y un golpe igualmente importante incluso en la min. configurando lo suficientemente fuerte para enfriar la habitación a diferencia de muchos otros hoteles. La mayoría de las habitaciones estaban en buenas condiciones durante mi estancia, pero algunas de ellas necesitan una reparación. Sin embargo, la habitación de hoy lo cubre todo desde que me di cuenta de que me quedaba en la cuchara la etiqueta “Fin de pie”. Quien diseñaba el baño nunca tomó una ducha en su diseño, porque incluso siendo muy cuidadoso mantener la cabeza de ducha en la mano y lejos del final de la cabina abierta, pude mantener el paso seco, cuando deja la cabeza de ducha en el arma El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Si no estaciona directamente delante de la entrada, tiene que levantar su troleo y continuar por varios pasos, cuando estaciona al lado.

We chose this hotel because we were going to visit the Rotweinfest at Ingelheim. Everything about it was perfect. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable beds. Powerful hot shower. Tasty and extensive breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Absolutely no complaints. We’ll be back.

酒店位置就在高速旁邊，谷歌地圖導航準確，自駕還算方便，去機場大概十幾公里，也就15分鐘。酒店掛牌4🌟，房間較小，箱子衹能在門口平開，房間裏有膠囊咖啡機和膠囊，早餐豐富，停車免費。自駕去法蘭機場最後一晚比較推薦，性價比很高。酒店也提供機場的穿梭巴士，但是收費。
