Very good breakfast, unfortunately it is pity that I took the room where it needed to walk to another building. I expected to have the room toward the river.

Can’t complain about anything, everything was great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel room was spacious, with a nice view and good working airconditioning/ventilation. The breakfast buffet had enough options. And sitting right next to the Rhine river makes it extra special.

This hotel has for sure the nicest view in Mainz, and only a few minutes from the city center. Just be aware that the rooms with view to the Rhein-river obviously have different categories, hence prices, to avoid being disappointed.

Very nice location - it is easy to reach the sights of Mainz and also to have a stroll along the river. During my stay there was some construction, that was not very pleasant. Also, make sure you are staying in the main building, or you will have to walk a long way with luggage... and help was not offered, although I had 2 suitcases. European hotel rooms tend to be small and drab - that was the case here too.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. Breakfast was decent. The only problem we faced was parking cuz the parking was full. Still we could park in the city parking just behind the hotel for a good price.
