Clean. Excellent service. Comfortable room. Extremely convenient to everything downtown Madison and campus. Can just park the car in hotels garage and walk.

First three days of our stay the room was not visited by the cleaning staff,beds were not made land no fresh towels supplied.
Upon arrival there was refuse from the previous visitor

Great hotel except the parking. The hotel itself was clean, friendly staff and had a great location. This was my first trip to this hotel so I was not very aware of the parking situation. I came with a full size SUV and there were very few spots to park that could accommodate the height of my vehicle and there isn’t anywhere to turn around when you do not find one. Very frustrating.

We stay here every year for my husband and I’d anniversary and it never fails to be excellent in every aspect. The bonus is the Governors Club, I highly recommend.

We attend the Madison symphonies and this is the best place for dining and walking to Overture Hall.
There is a big problem with bathtub in rm 529. It is very high, built in to a box as if it were a whirlpool tub but it is not. It is dangerous to get in and out for seniors and no grab bar. This is a liability and should be changed.

Great stay. The only aspect that knocks it down one star on property condition was the tv software installed. They force you to use theirs which would be fine except it is highly pixelated and outdated despite having modern smart tv hardware. You also cannot change input to screen cast to your own device.
Everything else about the stay was wonderful!

Stay was great- front desk team was so nice and helpful. We were there during a severe blizzard and were nice and cozy despite the howling winds outside. The beds were amazing, everything was very clean, except the fridge that smelled like a fish died in it a year ago (we just didn’t use it). We did order room service breakfast and it was tasty. Overall great experience.
