Adelon of Cigar Maduro always make sure that my experience is always top-notch! Not to mention that he never fails to offer serve with smile and such enthusiasm. Doing this review after my 5th visit ing Cigar Maduro, I must say, he is consistent! Looking forward to another cigar session with the Adelon experience!

Very accommodating staff , good food , great location

This by far is the worst hotel we stayed in. There is no customer service. All their employees are disgruntled, from the front desk ladies to their servers. If you enjoy serving yourself , this is the hotel for you! You’ll be disappointed specially with the price and get such awful food and service. No sense of customer service. Their employees don’t realize it’s the hotel guests that pay their salary. No wonder this hotel is almost empty compared to other hotels. We should have stayed at Swissôtel across the street. Big mistake, I’m glad we only stayed here for 3 nights.

I'm a bit disappointed with the hotel as we celebrated our new year. The lightings in the balcony were all busted and the front office team and engineering team cannot do anything as there's no available replacement lightings or bulbs during the night. In addition, the restaurant cafe midori told us to wait for an hour for the food to be serve, but we waited for 2 hours to get our orders. And upon check out, it caused another delay due to the miscommunication between the front office team and cafe midori regarding the 1000 food voucher. The attached photo was taken from our balcony.

This is a review of the Tomahawk and Lobster Unlimited Buffet. The price was totally not worth it. The lines were long and the portions were dismal. You spend 10min in line and the server gives you 2 tiny slices of steak. The servers refuse to give you more and asks you to fall in line again as their orders are to give each person just one serving. Its like you have to beg the servers to give you food. Their tactic is clearly to make it as hard as possible for you to eat the premium dishes which is fine to a point but the service in this buffet makes you feel super unwelcome. The servers told me they can’t give extra serving because they’ll get in trouble with their supervisor. What was more frustrating was there was this big table of apparent VIP’s who had waiters serving them with platters of steak, lobster and scallops. If you’re going to have different levels of service for different people it would be wise to put them inside a VIP room where normal customers like us who have to beg for extra servings won’t notice the divide. I won’t recommend this to anyone and will definitely never return.

This place is good and near all entertainment. Service is also great.

They told us to get in line before getting in but once they accommodate the guests for 8pm, the people that are not in line are getting first before us, for the Php 2750 per person the way they manage the people in order is very disappointing (also the people that go first that are not in proper line are so disappointing thinking that you afford to pay to eat here but you can’t follow simple rule and displaying such behavior 🫠). Also the price is not worth it for the things you can eat here, the tomahawk is not that delicious and the lobster is like just ok, and also the time we get there, the ice cream for dessert I think just lasts for 30 mins and they don’t refill it also there are food that are so limited like salmon and other viands, I did not even take a taste of lechon. After our experience I think the vloggers are just overreacting for their vlog here. In the end there is no particular food that manages me to remember its good taste and all are just meh or just the same taste in other buffet restaurants that offers more variety of food in just under Php 1k

The lobster and tomahawk buffet was superb! Lots of seafood of different kinds! The grilled scallops were great as well as the grilled pampano! They also have asian food like dimsun. Definitely worth the money! Lots of dessert choices! Will definitely come back!

the best hotel in town! they’re very kind and friendly to all guest.

It was a nice place but the service needs to improve also the bed size is so mall so if youre 6 footer this hotel may not be the best for you plus theyre not generous on giving complimentary toiletries. They only give good for 1 person but they are well aware that we are 3 in the room.
