«I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
First of all, I don’t want to be unfair to the staff. The reception team and the valet staff were genuinely kind, respectful, and always tried to help. They deserve appreciation for their excellent attitude.
However, the hotel itself was very disappointing, especially for a 5-star property. The twin room was extremely uncomfortable, and I honestly couldn’t believe this was the standard for a hotel with this rating. The shower was unbelievably small—barely enough space for one person to stand comfortably.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. We stayed for 3 days, kept the AC on the coldest setting the entire time, and the room never got cool. We were extremely uncomfortable because of the heat. We reported the problem several times, and each time we were told it had been fixed, but nothing actually changed. We ended up checking out with the issue still unresolved.
The staff were great, but unfortunately the hotel’s facilities and maintenance were far below what I expected from a 5-star hotel.»
