Hotel con buena ubicación y ambiente. En conclusión, esto es recomendado para personas que buscan un buen acceso al Big Ben y un ambiente lujoso y limpio. Ubicación: Fácil acceso a los principales puntos turísticos. El Big Ben está a unos 15 minutos a pie. También está cerca de la estación de Waterloo. Es agradable poder ir a lugares turísticos en medio de la noche. Habitación. En general, clase alta y limpia. Parece un hotel de semilujo, lo que te emociona. Servicio... El servicio es educado y británico.

Overall experience Was amazing . Was able to check earlier because my flight got to London in the morning. Staff was so nice and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was perfect, room was spacious and the view from 17th floor was breathtaking. Got complimentary cake and wine and I loved it..the only issue was the elevator. Had only two elevator and it was always busy and crowded but asides that, I really enjoyed my stay and definitely coming back.

La habitación era básica pero adecuada. No creo que se estén realizando renovaciones en este momento (junio de 2024), pero estábamos en el último piso y en una habitación de estilo antiguo. En general estaba limpio pero con marcas sucias en las almohadas. El baño, sin embargo, olía mucho y no era agradable de usar. ¡¡Último piso no apto para personas con vértigo!! Dicho esto, era una excelente ubicación y el personal era encantador. Espero que las habitaciones renovadas sean preciosas (y más caras). La relación calidad-precio de la habitación que teníamos era buena.

El hotel está estratégicamente ubicado, a cinco minutos a pie de la estación Russell Square y muy cerca del Museo Británico y de las dos principales estaciones de tren. El personal de check-in y check-out es muy amable. Aunque la habitación es pequeña, está muy limpia. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas. En un lugar donde el terreno es escaso en Londres, este hotel tiene una buena relación calidad-precio.

Such a Great Location & the Staff is Amazing! It’s located right next to Kings Cross & Coal Drop Yards which is convenient. Check in is simple & they even let you leave your luggage for free if you get their early & after your check out. The staff is so kind, to the front desk, Maintenance, Cleaning Crew & Management. I love how the beds you can change the color of the Lighting. There are plugs for your phone & a locker to store your stuff. Also a bar to hang socks or a Towel. They have a huge lounge area where you can chill or work & a kitchen. Pretty big kitchen, great way to save $ while traveling! Bathrooms are always clean & always hot water. They have events throughout the week which is great for connecting with new people. You can tell the staff is like family here & genuine souls! Definitely suggest checking out this Hostel when traveling to London! My next trip into London, I’ll definitely be staying here. 💚

Really nice welcome from staff both at the concierge desk and reception. Even a glass of sparkling wine on arrival in some lovely cut glass 'vintage' style glasses. I'm not normally a sparkling wine fan, but I enjoyed this one. I'd love to know what it was but I forgot to ask! Room was very nice, and based in the more modern 'Barlow' wing. Not quite the historic side of building alas - felt very much the servants quarters of the hotel! But room had charm still, and everything is of an incredible quality. Also in the room was a really lovely postcard with a welcome message on it, and a St Pancras themed chocolate bar, utilising some of the mosaic patterns from around the hotel and station in its design. I especially liked the 'hidden' plug socket on the bedside table, which was in the perfect place for my overnight charging stuff. It was also delightful having a very large round dining table in the room, it was nice to grab lunch downstairs, bring it back to the room and eat it at a proper table whilst relaxing in peace and quiet. The windows in these rooms do not open, unfortunately. It would have been nice to have had at least a vent option available to us, but the A/C did keep a fairly consistent temperature. Platinum benefits ended up being a slight room upgrade, and late check out. It was originally 3pm, but I checked again in the morning and 4pm was now possible due to some early checkouts - this was a huge relief as that extra hour meant we could have a much more relaxing day as it timed perfectly for our onward travel. As a platinum member, I was granted access to the chambers club. Wow. Simply wow. What a space! Easily the best lounge I've visited. Absolutely super, the staff amazing too. I was just sad I only really got to experience when it was just about to close for the evening, and the breakfast, and not any of the famous early evening selections. At the time of writing (March 2023) the Chambers Club is open from 0700 to 2200 with Breakfast from 0700 to 1100 weekdays, 1200 on weekends. The evening service is between 1700 and 2000, and Hors-d'oeuvre are served from 1730 til 1930. (It is self-service between midday and 1630). At breakfast the next morning a bountiful supply of anything you could think of at a breakfast buffet. The only disappointment was the eggs. I think a kilo of butter went into every batch. But. I’ve yet to find a single luxury hotel that does scrambled eggs correctly at the buffet so I cannot judge too harshly. And when that D'Longhi toaster goes to 'small electrical appliance heaven', I hope it gets replaced by a Dualit. I went on a self-guided walking tour of the hotel in the morning too with help from some of the staff by way of directions. The highlights being; The grand staircase, which is an engineering wonder in itself and worth the climb, And on the 1st floor you are rewarded with the painting of The Garden of Deduit by the Scottish artist Thomas Wallis Hay. Nuestra habitación era la cuádruple con cama doble y dos singles y era una habitación grande y luminosa. Estuvimos una familia de 4 adultos muy cómodos. El baño es pequeño pero suficiente. Nuestra habitación estaba en la primera planta con vistas a la calle principal y se notaba un poco el ruido pero no demasiado, a nosotros no nos molestó. Tenía kettle como todas las habitaciones en Londres y te y café. El desayuno tenía poca variedad pero suficiente para empezar el día. Está cerca del metro de Paddington y muchas paradas de bus. El personal de recepción fue muy agradable, en especial Merhoz o algo así era su nombre. Fue muy simpático cuando le dejamos las maletas el último día para poder visitar la ciudad ya que teníamos el vuelo por la noche. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Fantastic place to stay if looking for budget option solo or as a couple in London. Very comfortable, modern, clean rooms. Very good WiFi, excellent staff (Vineet and Deep extremely helpful lovely and accommodating). Rooms are obviously small as this is a capsule hotel but really great experience if you’re looking for somewhere to lay your head when in London.

Son muy amables y te reciben bien. El servicio es rápido y tienen cualquier cosa que necesites de urgencia (tiritas, adaptador...). Está a dos minutos de la estación de Victoria y hay supermercados y tiendas de conveniencia cerca. La limpieza no es muy buena en algunos aspectos, pero nada alarmante. ¡En general tuve una buena experiencia!

El hotel está muy cerca de su terminal T4 y puede llegar al hotel rápidamente. El check-in solo requiere su pasaporte, que es muy rápido. La habitación está limpia y tiene un baño separado con champú y gel de baño. Tiene características británicas, especialmente la mermelada de fresa, que sabe muy bien, es conveniente ir a la estación de metro después de salir.
