La estancia ha sido fantástica. Muy buena ubicación, con parada de metro cercana en la línea northen para acceder a todos los puntos de Londres con facilidad. El hotel es confortable, cómodo, silencio y limpio. El personal encantador, simpático y servicial. Gracias a Laura, Alina, Esme… por su amabilidad. El desayuno estupendo. Y el barrio con muchos servicios, supermercados y restaurantes

Nos hemos quedado en este hotel durante 5 noches con desayuno. El personal es muy amable y atento, las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, todo está muy limpio, indicar que si quieres que te limpien la habitación tienes que avisar en recepción. La zona del hotel es tranquila y segura con muchos restaurantes donde abundan los indios, también tienes supermercados como lídel, aldi, etc, y tiendas de desavió que cierran tarde, cerca también tienes dos mercados donde comer o tomar una copa se llaman tooting market y tooting broadway market, la estación de metro de tooting broadway está a 5 min andando del hotel donde también encontrarás cafeterías como starbucks o nero. Hay un pub también muy bueno que se llama The Castle con zona exterior. Solo indicar al hotel que pongan escobillas para sus inodoros. El precio del hotel está muy bien para la calidad y servicio que dan eso sí tardaréis en llegar un poco más en el metro que si os quedáis en la zona 1 o 2 ya que este está en la 3. En definitiva no os equivocáis si lo cogéis.

The overall room was perfectly adequate but lacked other comforts, the pillows were flat and smelt of perfume and the last occupants left their hairs behind in the shower and in the carpet, the shower temp could not be regulated so left part boild but had a really good peaceful nights sleep and the hotel was really quiet and peaceful

We always stay at Premier Inn Tooting when visiting our daughter who lives close by. This particular visit was also to watch the London Marathon as our son was taking part. It is extremely well located for easy access to public transport and the central London areas, being just a 10 minute flat walk from Tooting Broadway station on the Northern Line. There are also plenty of good eateries close by. The hotel itself, is very pleasant and the rooms are amazingly quiet considering how busy the area is! The service from all the staff is probably the best of any Premier Inn that we’ve stayed at, and we’ve stayed at plenty. Thanks again for a great stay!

Alina and Tina were the waitresses on the Sunday morning. Tina is a legend! Makes you feel at home and is very friendly. Alina is actually the chef (which I found out on the Monday morning). But was waitressing. Very good attention to detail laying up tables. Room was great, I stay in a lot of premier inns. And this one is right up there with the best! There was another lovely member of staff on reception on Monday morning too. Caroline was also very efficient and friendly.

Great staff Laura, Alina, Esme, Gino. All so friendly and nice morning welcomes. Had a great night sleep and the room was tidy and well cleaned. Only issue was the eggs. Taste like powered eggs would love to see Premium Inn as a whole use better ingredients for the staff to make better.

Breakfast team so helpful especially Caroline, alina and tina- . My dad has Parkinson’s and was very kind and patient. Food was hot and cooked fresh, fresh fruit salad was great and a nice choice of pastry’s. I stayed in the Hilton Saturday night and the room wasn’t as nice as this.

We stayed five days and it was very nice. We came for holidays and we stayed in a very nice room and we had an amazing breakfast. Close to tube station and restaurants. The staff is very kind and friendly. Good also with kids. Cost-quality ratio. We will come back. Thanks for all.

We visited as a family group just for breakfast and were so well looked after. Room was clean and food good, the chef was super friendly and provided us what we requested with a smile. Laura, Alina, Reena and Tina were all superstars, friendly, kind and made us feel very welcome, thank you!
