El servicio y la ubicación eran perfectos. Tuvimos un gran descanso nocturno. Lo único que notamos es que el hotel realmente necesita una reforma. A las puertas les faltaba pintura y tenían abolladuras y parecían muy gastadas. Aparte de eso, ¡es un gran lugar!

Precioso lugar lleno de naturaleza y fauna extraordinaria, además de ser una ciudad muy limpia y segura. Encuentras todo lo que necesitas para explorar o para descansar. Encuentras centros comerciales tanto como negocios pequeños. La vista es excelente.

Highly recommend! Kudos to the staff and management. This stay ticked all the ”EXCELLENT” boxes. Room is clean and well-equipped. Parking lot is clean and has good lighting at night. Bed is comfortable. HVAC works as it should. Decent complimentary breakfast with HOT coffee, hot breakfast sandwiches, make-you-own waffles, etc. Room has an above average kitchenette. I did not need that on this trip, but will keep it in mind for leisure trips. Also pet friendly -- big plus! -- and the hotel common areas are spotless despite the presence of some big, friendly dogs. EVERY staff interaction was positive. Special thanks to Kelvin who went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with printing to the guest printer when my laptop was uncooperative. Could not be more pleased. What a contrast to the last hotel. I checked out in Rogers, AR, on Friday morning and drove down to Little Rock for the final two nights of this marathon business trip. Worked late last night and was so very happy to return to a cool and comfortable hotel room with the bed made and towels replaced. I am well rested, had a good breakfast, and ready to drive six hours home. Thank you, Home2Suites!

Came to Little Rock for the day on a business trip. Hotel was clean, In Walking distance to restaurants. Next to the river. Parking garage next door. I would definitely come back. The staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean, ac worked. No issues. I liked the filtered ice and water available.

¡Gracias por su ayuda rápida en nuestra visita!! Su hermana hotel, The Burgundy tenía una salida de energía y con su ayuda y su ayuda, tuvimos una estadía muy cómoda cuando esperamos que busquemos hoteles en una zona extraña por nosotros mismos. Después de un 7-hour conducir en el camino a Texas, usted era un Dios envió. Su inn fue fácil de encontrar, limpio y cómodo y recomendaríamos a otros que permanecieran con usted cuando viajaba por la zona de Little Rock. Gracias por un estupendo estancia!
