A lovely stay for 5 nights. 5 minute walk from the main squares of Lisbon Staff were exceptionally friendly especially Tatiana who gave us lots of information when we arrived at reception. Adrielle and Bruno behind the hotel bar were also so friendly. The hotel is not 5 star but not necessary and it was such a great price for the week.
It is very clean and very comfortable. If we returned Lisbon we would certainly go back to this hotel.

The unbeatable thing about Esqina Urban Lodge is the convenience of its location and how walkable it is to most places in Lisbon, especially, its 2-minute walk to Baixa-Chiado Station. It is in the center of the busy area but when you’re inside your hotel room, it is peaceful and quiet. The staffs are really helpful and accomodating, and the check-in process was smooth and easy.
I think the only downside is the size of the room. We booked the Small Double room with city view. It is really compact which was expected. Good thing we only have 2 carry-on luggages with us. If you have bigger luggage, I suggest get a bigger room. Otherwise, everything was amazing and would definitely comw back.

This was quaint and unique. It was right in the middle of cafes and shops. We had a corner room with balconies on both sides. It was awesome!

It was awesome. Everyone i met in the hotel was extremly kind. They can speak english and provide detailed explanation.
Room was nice too, but i think the hotel could improve itself if they keep their hair dryer little bit cleaner, it was covered by dust making me think dust could be on my hair.
But the experience i had in the hotel was perfect. Dryer can’t make bad the experience had in hotel.

The level of service towards customers to ensure a pleasant stay at the Esqina Urban Lodge is exceptional. From the moment of booking, the hotel was in touch to see if they could assist with making our stay enjoyable. This level of commitment continued from checking in until our departure.
The room was very clean and in good condition with spacious bathroom.
Hotel located in very convenient position for enjoying cultural attractions of Lisbon.
Would like to thank the hotel and all staff for a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Very nice location. Close to the metro system. Lots of restaurants near by. The only downside is the toilet is right next to the bed….

My only comment about the room is maybe some amenities, such as hair driers (at least in my room) was a bit old so it looked a bit torn out or dirty, which was not, but it gave that feeling. Other than that, really good hotel for someone who wants to explore the city and just use the hotel for resting and sleeping. Would definitely come back.
