Valoraciones de Yunsu Snow Mountain View Boutique Inn

Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en este lindo hotelito en el centro de la ciudad vieja de Lijiang. Nos alojamos en una habitación familiar con dos camas queen junto con nuestros dos adolescentes. Las camas eran cómodas y la habitación estaba limpia. ¡La ducha estuvo genial! El personal del hotel fue muy servicial, se puso en contacto con nosotros a través de WeChat. Organizaron un triciclo para recibirnos en la puerta de la ciudad para llevar nuestro equipaje al hotel, ya que no se permiten automóviles en la ciudad vieja y es difícil llevar equipaje en las calles adoquinadas. (Consejo: use zapatos que sean resistentes para las piedras irregulares y resbaladizas). El hotel está en una ubicación tranquila en una de las calles de paraguas, a solo 5-10 minutos a pie de todo. El desayuno consistía en una gran variedad de fideos de arroz, gachas de arroz, bollos al vapor, maíz, huevos duros y fruta. Nos encantó la zona de la azotea donde nos sentábamos y jugábamos en familia. Tan hermoso. También hicimos lavandería gratis un día en su lavadora. Lugar muy bonito y pintoresco. En la ciudad vieja nos encantaba N’s Kitchen para la comida occidental y V.Sherry (云 雪丽) para la comida de Yunnan. Cerca del parque Black Dragon Pool también teníamos occidental decente en el café Cornerstone. También recomiendo salir en taxi al casco antiguo de Shuhe a 6 km.

Este fue un hotel increíble en el que aloj****. Estaba justo en el centro de la ciudad antigua, tranquilo por la noche, desayuno increíble y vistas increíbles de la azotea. El personal fue servicial con el traductor de wechat y envió un automóvil para que nos recogiera. Una experiencia tan auténtica y la recomendaré a todos los que vengan a Lijiang. Además, la ciudad antigua no estaba ocupada como pensé que estaría.

La ubicación está justo en el centro del casco antiguo de Lijiang. El hotel ayudó a organizar una excursión de un día a la montaña nevada del Dragón de Jade (lo recomiendo encarecidamente, ¡pero vaya lo antes posible para evitar las multitudes!). La primera noche, la bañera de hidromasaje no tenía agua caliente y tenía una fuga, pero después de informar a la recepción, nos pasaron a una nueva habitación al día siguiente y nos mostraron que habían reemplazado la bañera que goteaba en la habitación anterior, por lo que no puedo criticarlos. por intentar remediar la situación. El servicio fue amigable. Fruta y agua gratis todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí.

El servicio del hotel es muy reconfortante. Primero agregué WeChat, y responderé tan pronto como digamos algo. Llovió por la mañana y el desayuno se llevó a la habitación. Fue muy abundante, con varios alimentos básicos, incluidos huevos, leche y frutas. Y los frutos son muy frescos y grandes. Dormí muy cómodamente anoche, y tengo la energía para vagar hoy, muy cerca de la gran noria y de Mufu. Puedes disfrutar de la experiencia cuando salgas a jugar.

El desayuno en la posada se siente mejor que la comida para llevar, el ambiente es cómodo y tranquilo, el servicio de la posada es muy atento, bueno

Good services provided from the staff and can see the best Mountain View from this hotel. The hotel give their best support even we request the luggage delivery services at 6am to rush the early train services.

the owner is so nice but she can not speak English. You should use translator APP, she will patiently wait for you. You must ask the meeting gate from owner ( maybe 北门口=beimenkou= North gate, or 南门口=nanmenkou=South gate） If you take taxi to Lijiang Old town tell the taxi driver go to that gate at Lijiang Old Town( 丽江古城=lijiang gucheng, the owner will send someone helps you carry your luggages.

It was an excellent and relaxing trip. the Boutique Inn where I stayed for 8 days was fantastic; the owner was very helpful and helped me to arrange local attractions. he also ensured that I was safe since I was alone travelling to Lijiang. The Inn where I stayed was very safe and the people were very friendly. I will book the same Inn to stay again next year as I have plans to visit Shangalila. Yunnan is such a zen, relaxing, with great scenic and no air pollution! :)

The inn is located inside the ancient city where takes about 15 mins walking distance from north entrance. Location wise wasn’t too bad as it is in the mid area however: 1. Facilities were pretty old. Warm heater wasn’t working and the shower facilities are rusted. 2. Noise level is something that one needs to consider as you can hear ppl walking up and down the stairs or your neighbour from above showering/flushing toilet. Noise from street level is somewhat unavoidable as well. 3. They do provide pick up and send off luggage service we we were informed to notify 15mins before getting to the shared location however, it was pretty ridiculous that the PIC asked us to text them again when we arrived with oa photo despite of us informing them that we will be waiting at the location they shared. Not forgetting to mention it was raining cats and dogs and they refused to come out before us causing us having to wait under the rain for almost 30mins (including the 15mins advance notification that we provided). 4. Poor service level from the PIC as despite knowing that we arriving on a rainy day, there was no courtesy to send extra umbrellas to us and we had to walk under the rain for about 20mins and get soaked in clothes under cold weather. Little did we know when we arrived at the inn there were more than sufficient umbrellas to send to guests. No hot tea being offered despite it was under the room package on tea tasting. 5. The main reason why I booked the room was due to the glass mirror shooting experience at the rooftop however it was a total scam as that spot was totally removed with just a normal rooftop. Rooms information on OTA was misleading! 6. The guy PIC in the inn had horrible service and talked to guest with loud voice without offering any help when one requests. I have spent a total of 20 days in China and this was my last night stay and I had to say this was worse choice of the entire stay I’ve booked.

The best location you can get and the hosts are kind and helpful. I'll probably come visit here again 😃🤩

This Hotel is perfect for your stay in Lijiang! They were open for spontaneous changes, like an extra night, which was very convenient. If you wanna live in the heart of the Ancient City in Lijiang this is definitely it! Also the 老板 was super friendly and helpful. He even picked up the luggage for us. Best stay in Lijiang!

it‘s really nice hotel, they helped us to take luggage in and out the downtown, and take care of us answer all our request in time during our stay. The view of our room also amazing. We definetily will be back again here soon

Super location on the earth of the ancient town. Our room has an amazing view on the mountains and all the typical houses of the cities. Not easy to find the hotel, so we have to ask at people in the street (in front of the public toilet, inside a photograph shop) No breakfast. Reception staff help us to have touristic information.

We loved our time here and the views of the old town at night are spectacular
