Le Crans was the best experience during our whole trip in Europe. Everything was simply perfect. The accommodations including the hotel's whatsapp account and the shuttle service were extremely convenient and made us want to come back. The staff in particular was outstanding. Everyone including Giovanna was extremely professional and kind, they made our memory in+image of Switzerland perfect. Definitely going to revisit. Beautiful place, even more beautiful people with beautiful souls.

Me and my husband stayed 3 nights at LeCrans, we loved everything about it, the room was amazing, the view, service, dinner at the restaurant, and they provide a car sevice to take you to the village that takes a few minutes by car from the hotel.

This hotel has the most excellent, dedicated and pro-active staff! They paid full attention to every of our needs. The suite felt as having your own chalet in the mountains with beautiful views. We stayed for five nights in low season in a junior suite.

Now that's luxury ! Obviously the place is gorgeous, the rooms have great amenities and beautiful views, the spa is breathtaking and very well taken care of but the staff is above everything else. From the Chauffeur (Ryan) to the Reception (Laurence, Stéphan, Renaud) and to the Housekeeping (Nilsa), everyone we encountered is welcoming, kind and caring, delivering the best service. It was an honor meeting the General Manager who came to introduce herself and a special mention to Giovanna for her warmth and for being on top of everything, she is the definition of service at its finest.

It was a very unique experience, with a very nice room interior, panoramic view terrace, exceptional food with artistic presentation as well as a very friendly staff!! The spa and its pool have really nice details and calm atmosphere.

The best hotel service I’ve personally experienced. The hotel paid full attention to every of our needs to drive us to the cable car stations, restaurants, equipment rental shop, everywhere we need to go (and also pick us up) Rooms are nice and cozy, bed is so comfortable, restaurant is with a great view just that the food menu is was bit limited But highly recommend! Best experience ever!

Loved this beautiful hotel. It was like a Swiss chalet with wooden walls and floors. The staff was incredible, so attentive to all our wants. My best part was the food. Every bite exquisite. Complements to the chef! The spa was also delicious and they have a variety of services offered. Will certainly recommend this hotel, in fact, I already did.

Hidden Luxury Jewel on the top of the mountain ! Felt so well taken care of by the director of rooms Anthony and his young energetic professional team ! Le Mont Blanc restaurant is “worth the detour”! Delightful regenerating weekend ! Feels like a wellness retreat for body and soul!

we had the most wonderful holiday vacation at LeCrans hotel. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The facility is classy and the staff is most helpful and courteous. Food at LeMontBlanc is excellent and our children enjoyed their kids special every night! This is a magical place you have to experience!
