The hotel has fantastic views over the lake but outside of building very tatty. Staff are very nice and helpful. The room we had was basic only 5 hangers for 2 people no wardrobe just some stainless steel poles with hangers on which slide off as no stopper on end of pole every time you get something from back the front items fall off which was very annoying. Only 2 small draws that you could only get a couple of pairs of pants & socks in which is ridiculous if you’re staying longer than a couple of nights. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice lots of choices. Fantastic view from breakfast room. Be warned if you have booked with Newmarket Holidays you have a 1 hour 30 minute coach ride to meet other holiday makers that are staying in Tremezzo before even get to we’re your going visit travel time added on so you will be on coach a long as we were. There is No swimming pool that Newmarket say there is just a hot tub. Newmarkets tour manager Monica was the worse tour manager we have ever had nothing was ever her fault, every time we had to meet her she was at least 45 minutes late and did not seem to know anything about the trips she was taking us on.

We booked the hotel almost 2 months in advance. We booked 2 separate rooms. Upon our arrival, there were only 2 staff members at the reception and it was impossible to get the bags up because of how inconvenient their layout is. You have to climb up a set of 7-8 steps, and a rocky road to reach the hotel. After this already draining task the receptionist informed us about how their ACs aren’t working because of a thunderstorm the day prior, and how there isn’t anything he can do about it. If we knew this information a day prior, we wouldn’t have continued our stay in the hotel. The weather outside was 31-34° c and no one could’ve stayed a night without the AC. They gave us 2 rooms that did have AC but the temperature would’ve go below 23/24°c and it was as good as having no AC. The room was also much smaller than mentioned/shown in the pictures. The staff wasn’t helpful and upon a lot of convincing they said that they were able to get 4 of us 1 room at an extension of their hotel about 5-6 minutes away. We argued with them stating 1 room is clearly not enough for 3 adults and 15 year old, and that our booked was for 2 rooms, so it’s their responsibility to accommodate the same. Overall a terrible experience and the hotel had a complete lack of staff. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone else since the staff lack the basic courtesy to inform their clients about any problems occurring in the hotel which can clearly affect their stay. The extension of the hotel ended up being much better since it was recently renovated, had a better location & most importantly had a working AC which was a must during the summer here at Como.

En muchas habitaciones no hay soporte de seguridad. No se garantizan actividades declaradas en la fase de reserva. ¡Excelente presencia de enfermera y operador socio sanitario para asistencia a las personas de edad avanzada! Situación hotel desagradable para personas mayores o con problemas de desplazamiento. La prestación de servicios de restauración muy discutible y votada al ahorro absoluto de tiempo y dinero, sin respetar los tiempos de los huéspedes. Sólo estuvimos una noche lamentablemente, porque nos encantó el lugar, la dueña y su hermana fueron súper amables, muy limpio, tranquilo, seguro y aunque el transporte es limitado, la estación del tren está muy cerca caminando, nos aconsejaron alquilar carro para moverte más fácilmente, pero la verdad no lo necesitamos, ya que nuestra estancia fue corta. Tienen restaurante, pero estaba cerrado el día que llegamos. Si voy a Como (Lierna) de nuevo, de seguro volvería a hospedarme con ellos!

Si hubiese una calificación superior a excelente... lo daría. No tengo suficientes cosas buenas sobre nuestra estadía en la Villa Mojana. Anna y toda la equipo no eran nada menos que espectaculares. Desde el momento en que comenzamos a planificar el matrimonio de mis clientes y la estancia en la villa, Anna se mudó montañas para asegurar que nuestra estancia fue una experiencia sin fallos desde el principio hasta el final. Cuando llegamos, nos saludamos con sonrisas y pulverizaciones calientes y nos mostraron a nuestras hermosas habitaciones, todas con increíbles vistas al lago. La comida en la villa fue notable y todo el personal de espera hizo un trabajo increíble al acomodar restricciones dietéticas con alimentos y bebidas de nivel Michelin. La casa de la ciudad de Bellagio es un buen lugar para la ciudad, pero nos gustaba la piscina y el relajado. La ubicación es perfecta.

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable. El hotel está situado en el centro de Bellagio, donde se encuentran los hoteles de Bellagio. Con la habitación, vista y servicio que tenemos, es seguro decir que tiene el mayor valor por dinero de todos mis 9-day estancia en Italia.

La ubicación es muy buena, el entorno también es muy bueno, también se puede ver el paisaje del lago, hay restaurantes, café, bar, desayuno normal en el entorno

Me gustaba la estancia y me alegraría reservarla de nuevo.

We weren’t residents of the hotel but were staying nearby. We went to the bar and had a wonderful experience . The bar staff and hotel staff are so polite and attentive . Had the best Hugo Spritz with the most amazing views. The complimentary canapés were delicious !
