Grande chambre avec un ameublement pratique et bien insonorisé . Le linge était très propre. Salle de bain un peu dépassée avec un bain au lieu d’une douche style italienne. Le tout comme plinthes et boiseries demande un petit coup de peinture. Un accueil super sympa et rapide. Je n’ai pas eut le temps pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

Proche et pratique, centre de Paris accessible rapidement.

Mi experiencia en este hotel no puede ser peor. Es bastante antiguo y carece de ciertas comodidades.. Nos dieron una habitación con cama de matrimonio cuando lo habíamos pedido doble. La habitación no tiene armario y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. El comedor es un desastre. No se respeta el horario de cierre , apenas se reponen los alimentos, el servicio de menaje es escaso......

La atención recibida durante nuestra estancia (7 días) fue excelente, todo el personal se encarga de que tu experiencia sea más agradable. El hotel está a 2- 3 cuadras pequeñas de la estación Porte D'Itale del metro así como del tren. No son ni 5 minutos caminando. El desayuno está surtido, con fruta, quesos finos, carnes frías de buena calidad, yoghurt y pan para baguettes y chapattas así como pan dulce y hot cakes. El Café, la leche caliente, y el chocolate son de maquinita, y aún así están sabrosos. Alimentos calientes el primer día nos tocó huevo revuelto y salchichas doradas, los demás días solo salchichas doradas. Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas, limpias y bonitas, con una cama Queen size de colchón y almohadas muy cómodas. El baño con buena presión de agua, bien equipado y limpio. El único punto que pondría en contra, es que algunos huéspedes fuman dentro de las habitaciones, y el pasillo se impregna de un fuerte olor a tabaco, y tu habitación y ropa también :( Deberían ser más rígidos en la política de CERO cigarros encendidos en las habitaciones, y aplicar rigurosamente las multas día a día. Definitivamente recomiendo la estancia aquí, y por supuesto que volvería a hospedarme con ellos.

Comfortable and clean accommodation with really friendly, helpful staff. Very close to Metro stations and a selection of restaurants and shops. The decor was a little tired but nothing that affected our stay

My Girlfriend and I slept at this hotel for three nights, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room was pretty shabby - we were asked upon check-in at 9 pm to provide a 150 euro deposit, which was a surprise as this was not mentioned on any of the booking information, and caused additional stress, as we thought we had the exact amount of euros available in cash to pay for the room. It's brash requesting a deposit on a room already in such a poor and dated condition. We had no problems with the return of the deposit. However, we were prudent and took photos of the room upon arrival to ensure we protected our deposit; I recommend always doing this, being a Building Surveyor by profession. On the third evening of our stay, the manager was rude and defensive and said as we were checked in already, other guests took her priority; this was despite her staff pre-arranging this time with us so that we could raise our queries with her; my girlfriend had appeared to have been charged twice for our room. They, therefore, wasted our time. No apologies were offered; the manager seemed to have no care. However, John and Yasmine were helpful at reception, assisting us with checking out, so kudos to them. The saying buy cheap pay twice does apply here, but on reflection, we paid 285 euros for three nights; this is not cheap for a budget hotel and fails to reflect the quality of the room or service delivered we would expect at this price, at 180 euros the dilapidation would not have been a problem.

Terrible hotel , the rooms small, when I booked they said superior double bed, not true, pillows terrible , dirty, bathroom rusty, plus they have the guts to ask for €150 euros for each room as deposit which I’m still waiting for, I don’t recommend this hotel at all

The Hotel is located close to the metro stop Porte d'italie, which was great. Sadly my room and my friends rooms were pretty run down. Chipboard around the bathtub was wet and just crumbling away, the wall in my bedroom was stained and also splattered with coffee (I hope it was coffee). Water pressure in the shower was very poor as well. Usually I try to find positive things to say in reviews, but for this accommodation I sadly just can't. The breakfast was disappointing as well.

This is an old hotel with a very good breakfast and friendly staff... but everything else is old: beds, rooms, hall, windows, carpets... Choose a room with a view to the back because at the fronr is a very big road with a lot of trafic.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was fie for thew night but woke up a few times in pain from the mattress springs that dug into my back. The hotel should take note of this as other people mentioned the same in other reviews. However , I have stayed a few times in Campanille hotels and they were great. Marseille, Dieppe were fab!

Attention : le réceptionniste vous fait régler à l’arrivée une somme qui diffère de celle présente sur la facture finale. Après vérification et demande d’explications il ressort une autre facture pour une prestation imaginaire non liée au séjour. Impoli, arrogant, prétextant qu’il n’y a d’autre responsable que lui, hurlant, du jamais vu !! La DDCCRF est saisie du dossier.
