The only real issue was the customer service. The cleaning crew didn’t replace towels 2 times so we called down and asked for towels and pillows. They didn’t have anyone available either evening to bring them to our room so we had to go down and get them. The staff was also not very nice. Not blatantly rude at all, just kind of indifferent towards the guests. I get that it’s the northeast and people are generally not overly nice but it’s a little different when it comes to the hospitality business. At least smiling at the guests and thanking them for staying there should be the bare minimum. They were just very indifferent and more interested in talking amongst themselves than making their guests feel welcome. Other than that, the facility itself is very nice. Very clean. Good breakfast. Fantastic mattresses, specifically.
