El mejor hotel de Johannesburgo. Zona segura, con un gran centro comercial cerca. Personal amable, huéspedes agradables. El registro fue rápido, las reformas son excelentes. Lo pasé de maravilla, lástima que solo me quedé dos noches. Un inconveniente: hubo problemas con el pago. Ya había pagado el hotel en Trip.com, pero en recepción me dijeron que el pago aún no se había procesado. Tuve que enviar el recibo por correo al empleado del hotel. Al día siguiente me dijeron que no había ningún problema y que el hotel ya estaba pagado.

La habitación era muy limpia, espaciosa y lujosa. El vestíbulo y las instalaciones del hotel eran fantásticos, y sin duda me volvería a alojar aquí. Respondieron a mis correos electrónicos con rapidez, y el servicio de todo el personal fue muy amable y excepcional. La cama era súper cómoda e impecable, lo que me permitió dormir de maravilla. Incluso se puede hacer el check-in muy temprano por unos 20 dólares, lo que me pareció un precio justo; de hecho, hice el check-in 6 horas antes. ¡Recomiendo este hotel sin duda!

Es el lugar ideal para descansar, ya sea por la piscina, en el spa o simplemente caminando por los jardines. La cena en Fairlawns fue otra destacada. La comida estaba bien presentada y llena de sabor, con un menú que equilibra la creatividad y el confort. I had the best time just relaxing at the hotel . The staff were very friendly and because it was my birthday they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast . I had an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back . Room services was also really great and the views were amazing .

Overall, Southern Sun Rosebank delivers an excellent stay and is definitely a place worth visiting again.

El Mint Hotel 84 ofrece lo básico con habitaciones limpias y cómodas y un personal de servicio amable. Mi habitación era doble estándar con una cama tamaño queen y tenía todo lo que necesitaba, incluido un escritorio, cafetera y buena presión de agua en la ducha. La cama era bastante cómoda y limpiaban la habitación rápidamente todos los días. El desayuno servido en el comedor tenía una variedad de opciones que incluían cereales, tostadas, fruta, pasteles y huevos. La comida era de calidad y frescura media, nada excepcional pero suficiente para empezar el día. El personal de servicio en la recepción y el conserje fueron agradables, serviciales y eficientes cuando tenía preguntas. Proporcionaron recomendaciones de restaurantes y atracciones de la zona. El hotel tiene una piscina al aire libre y un gimnasio, aunque no utilicé el gimnasio durante mi estancia. Los pasillos y las zonas públicas estaban bien mantenidos y limpios. En general, el Mint Hotel 84 ofrece alojamiento bueno y sencillo en una ubicación conveniente para explorar Katherine. It was lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating and arranged airport pickup. The breakfast was lovely as well as room service. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Jhb. 💕❤️ The rooms were clean although amenities needed to be requested suxh as robes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo etc - not really nice after a long flight. As well as water, so if this could be provided first that would make it even great.

It's giving more 3 than 4 stars? Customer service poor. Holiday Inn was full so this was a close alternative. Had amenities but their outlets were in the kitchen far from the bed? Not very business traveller or relaxing traveller friendly. I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean. Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆 Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters. Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.
