Fantastic place! Highly recommended! The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market. We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!). We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV. Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long. Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!

Road construction was underway around the hotel. It was inconvenient to walk around with dust, but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was especially good. If you are wondering where to stay, I recommend this hotel.

El hotel es el mismo que en la foto, se ve elegante y antigua, pero la condición es buena. El servicio del personal es increíble, nos sirve bien el personal amable que siempre está listo para ayudar. Antes de la estancia, he llegado al personal de decoración de habitación para mi propuesta a mi compañero, el personal es responsable y el resultado es satisfactorio. Excelente hospitalidad y ubicación estratégica

Sin embargo, el día de la salida, el gerente me informó que el hotel estaba totalmente reservado y que la salida tardía ya no era válida. Lamentablemente, no se ofreció ninguna solución alternativa, y parecía que había alguna duda sobre mi confirmación. Envié un correo electrónico para expresar mi preocupación. Otro gestor respondió con amableza y ofreció una solución y un gesto de cortesía, que aprecié. Sin embargo, hasta entonces ya había comprobado y elaborado planes alternativos, por lo que fue un poco tarde aunque me agradezco el esfuerzo de seguir. También viajé en mi cumpleaños, pero no soy quien espera celebraciones, pero fue un poco sorprendente que no hubiese reconocimiento en absoluto, especialmente para una marca como el Grand Mercure. En general, el resort es hermoso y el servicio es en general bueno, pero una mejor coherencia en la comunicación y la prestación de servicios mejoraría la experiencia de los huéspedes.

Отличный отель, большая территория с соснами возле озера. Просторные светлые номера. В стоимость включен завтрак шведский стол. Блюда правда почти все азиатские, но все вкусно. Рекомендую для тех, кто хочет тихий спокойный отдых.

Una dama clásica que necesita mucho mantenimiento. El desayuno ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones. El mobiliario de la habitación está obsoleto y la cama está fuera de apoyo. El aire y el entorno frescos son buenos. El personal es amigable.

Квартира неплохая , но хотелось бы уборку получше и заменить некоторые элементы ( они устали от времени)

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

Khách sạn chỉ có phòng VIP mới có điều hoà, nên ai ngủ với điều hoà quen rồi mà không đặt phòng VIP sẽ thấy không quen. Ngoài ra, cơ sở vật chất đều tốt và nhân viên nhiệt tình chăm sóc khách.
