UUsuario invitadoEl apartamento era precioso, con acabados que parecían (casi) lujosos. Había algunas cosas raras que lo desmejoraban: tenía una pastilla de jabón vieja y usada y había un agujero en la pared. No se notaba que no tuviera servicio, así que no había agua todos los días. Está justo a las afueras del casco antiguo, lo que significa que es más tranquilo y silencioso. No hay servicios, pero no esperaba ninguno, ya que no están anunciados. ¡En cuanto mejore la información y la comunicación, será fantástico!

UUsuario invitadoNo sé por qué el suelo es guapo cuando entra, pero afortunadamente salió de la puerta y se secó. Aunque la habitación era pequeña, debería haberlo hecho todo. La zona de la casa de la mañana era guapa para la comida. La puerta era amable con el gerente. La noche era tranquila y supervalorizada por este precio.

RRobin HkerkCertainly struggling to make sense of this property. Let's start with saying that the stay was very comfortable, the 2 room apartment we had was quite large with a kitchen and balcony, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. But this size is an immediate giveaway for another activity of this property: serviced apartment renting or simply long term residential renting. Certainly this is not a problem in any way but it's something to be aware of I feel when booking this property for holiday or short stay purposes.
What more can I say: for this price point you get quality which I've seen more of in Vietnam; it's nice but not luxurious, there are no well thought out architectural gimmicks nor is there deluxe gardening, fancy furniture or mood adding lighting. One can argue is this needed at all for a short term stay but it's something I notice and when it's there I appreciate it. I do appreciate their art pieces on the walls though, but the paintings and the photography.
The breakfast was delicious, not unnecessarily elaborate, just good proper food, international with some Vietnamese touches.
The facilities and space for kids are great, young kids will no problem staying entertained even with just running around outside.
The shuttle service is great, the timetable suited us well. Location wise the property is outside of the city center, nicely nestled on one of the shores of the lake, quite nice. Plenty of restaurants, shops, yoga studios etc around though, it's certainly not in the middle of nowhere.
Overal a nice stay but don't expect a similar 5 star experience as what you could get in one of the brand resorts. Just simple, quiet and comfortable for a reasonable price in a Vietnamese environment.

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình.
Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng.
Wifi phòng mình yếu, load rất chậm, với 4g cũng bị yếu. Chỉ tiếc wifi yếu.
Phòng tắm nước mạnh, mau nóng. Khá tuyệt nhưng bị 1 điểm cái thoát nước sàn lại ở phía bên ngoài cách chỗ tắm xa nên mỗi lần tắm dễ bị tràn nước ra sàn ngoài.
Bù lại thuận tiện đi lại và được chào đón thân thiện và ăn sáng ngon nên ok ạ.

MMyRuleLeeTuvimos una estadía muy agradable aquí. El personal es muy agradable, la habitación es asequible y buena, la ubicación está cerca de la calle del tren a 5 minutos a pie. Cerca del mercado local. No es una zona muy concurrida, por lo que pudimos disfrutar de nuestra estadía aquí. En general, muy bien, no tengo quejas.

Service:
1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with.
2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits.
3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days.
4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting.
5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online.
6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great!
Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star.
According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

UUsuario anónimoI’ve chosen this place because it was close to the airport. The first thing is I assumed that because it’s close it’ll be really easy to get there after arrival, but actually taxi drivers don’t want to go there because for them is better to get more money from the trip to the city center then driving you for five min to this hotel. Then after finally arriving the staff that will meet you won’t have any hint of a smile on their face and will treat you like you’ve pissed them off only with your disturbance of their peace, the morning shift by the way was exactly the same. The room itself was ok, just as I assumed by the pictures but with the closer look you can see that lots of breakage and damaged stuff in the room

DDawei 007What a perfect little place to stay if you have a late arriving flight or a very early morning one. I found the staff here extremely friendly and they used Google translate to communicate. The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. An ideal place to stay for a night.
