Este hotel me impresionó. Un hotel pequeño en pleno casco antiguo, con tiendas por todas partes. Las habitaciones eran enormes. Y estaban impecables. Y tenían bañera. El baño era enorme. El desayuno fue realmente increíble. La mayoría de los platos estaban fantásticos. Se podía comer y durar desde el desayuno hasta la comida. El servicio. Se desviven por darte la bienvenida y ayudarte con todo: haciendo reservas, viniendo a comprobar si todo está bien. El masaje tenía un precio muy razonable y, a la vez, de alta calidad. Todo el personal fue excepcionalmente amable, así que no es justo nombrar a una sola persona. Sin embargo, nombraré a Susan por ser una persona muy servicial. Muy sincera. Y realmente salió del hotel para despedirnos. Me encantaría volver a alojarme aquí.

El hotel goza de una ubicación muy conveniente en el casco antiguo. Las habitaciones son bonitas y limpias, y el bar de la azotea ofrece una agradable vista del lago Hoan Kiem. Una noche, el suministro eléctrico se interrumpió entre tres y cuatro veces durante uno o dos minutos, lo que causó inconvenientes.

Un muy buen hotel sencillo pero con absolutamente todo lo que necesitas. La gente de ahí está impecable en su cargo. Se agradece el gym y todas las instalaciones son de 24 hrs. Felicidades! La ubicación no está en el old quarter pero en moto se llega bastante rápido y se evitan ruidos molestos entre otras cosas. Por lo que precio calidad, andan muy bien.

Cách hồ hoàng kiếm khoảng 10p xe máy, gần khách sạn nhiều quán cà phê và quán ăn nhật. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Wifi phòng mình yếu, load rất chậm, với 4g cũng bị yếu. Chỉ tiếc wifi yếu. Phòng tắm nước mạnh, mau nóng. Khá tuyệt nhưng bị 1 điểm cái thoát nước sàn lại ở phía bên ngoài cách chỗ tắm xa nên mỗi lần tắm dễ bị tràn nước ra sàn ngoài. Bù lại thuận tiện đi lại và được chào đón thân thiện và ăn sáng ngon nên ok ạ.

Excelente servicio, conveniente para comprar comida, mensaje, cerca varios puntos de avistamiento. Colóquenos limpios y la decoración es agradable, el desayuno es bueno.

Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable aquí. El personal es muy agradable, la habitación es asequible y buena, la ubicación está cerca de la calle del tren a 5 minutos a pie. Cerca del mercado local. No es una zona muy concurrida, por lo que pudimos disfrutar de nuestra estadía aquí. En general, muy bien, no tengo quejas.

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

Es un buen lugar para pasar la noche antes de tomar un vuelo temprano. Limpio, camas y almohadas cómodas, 12 minutos caminando o Grab de menos de 1 dólar en caso que no quieras/puedas caminar o si tenes bastante equipaje.

The location of Victor Metropolis Hotel was indeed convenient. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. They were very well-mannered and would offer assistance whenever required. The hotel is around 9 storeys high, with a roof top bar at the 10th floor. The room is relatively small, especially the toilet, with a bathtub shower area (that can make it very slippery to go in and out for kids/older folks). Sufficient amenities (such as soap/tooth brush) etc were provided, but be prepared that the quality might not be the best. Also, do note that there isn’t a lot of socket plugs available for charging. You have to unplug either a bedside lamp or another appliances to charge your own device. Overall experience was alright for the price offered!

Nos recibió un anfitrión encantador (ver foto abajo). Nos trajeron un paquete desde Hoi An; el anfitrión lo recibió por nosotros y nos mantuvo al tanto por WhatsApp. ¡Hay una cafetería encantadora justo afuera! :) Necesitaba un lugar cerca del aeropuerto, ¡así que la ubicación era perfecta!
