MMcalpin/CraftThis hotel was very clean, upon entering the staff was friendly and got us all checked in and up to our room quickly, which was a nice hassle free experience. Although there was little to no street parking there was ample room in the garage but the cost was a little steep at a whopping $60 per night, it was however very convenient to not have to fight for a street spot and secure piece of mind knowing our car was tucked away safe in the garage. The room itself was very spacious and the linens were wonderful, a big cozy bed with a fluffy down comforter and luxury towels in the bathroom. There were the usual mini fridge, microwave, and an in room safe. As well as a tv equipped with free WiFi. Overall we had a great nights stay and would highly recommend this hotel for an inexpensive yet lavish experience

WwanFantastic. Breakfast included, close to Space Nail and Museum of Pop Culture. Easy to get to the Westlake Center, Pike Place Market and got a day tour easy. El hotel requiere el check-in después de las 4:00 pm. Somos un vuelo temprano. Sin embargo, llegamos al hotel alrededor de las 10:00 am. Debido a la disponibilidad, la recepción completará rápidamente los trámites. Nosotros no hablamos inglés. Traducción de diálogo de Baidu, la recepcionista en la recepción también lo utilizará, por lo que no hay barreras de comunicación. La habitación es amplia, con dos grandes camas individuales de 1,50 metros de ancho, y hay un sofá doble junto a la ventana para dormir. No hay problemas para una familia de tres. UUsuario invitadoThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

RRbd1824I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Seattle, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel’s fitness center and indoor pool were also excellent, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the modern and spacious lobby, where I could relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The 24-hour Pavilion Pantry® was very convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks at any time. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown for anyone visiting Seattle. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great location made my stay truly enjoyable.

MMr. CruzGreat hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle. The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it. When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as ”lake view”. That should definitely be updated to say ”city view” not ”lake view”. Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner. Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor. All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking.
