We LOVE the Driftwood! It’s an easy walk to the Margaritaville strip, always clean and friendly front desk. Only issue was the cleaning staff (which we have never had an issue with) was a little over top on trying to get our rooms cleaned on check out day and ruined our last couple of hours visit with our children and grandchild. I can appreciate your wanting to get the job done but not at the expense of kicking the customer out of their rooms.

The hotel and staff were top tier. The lobby and courtyard area were beautiful, with a lovely view of the beach. The courtyard has games like jumbo Jenga and checkers, and a bag toss game.The pool bar was a 10/10, food as well. Speaking of food, the complementary breakfast including cook to order omelets was AMAZING! They also give guests 2 complementary drinks during happy hour each day of your stay. The location is right next to Pier Park (5min walk), which you can spend the day at with food, shoppes, kid friendly fun and rides.

La habitación era estupenda. La cama era comodísima. La vista era preciosa. El personal fue muy atento y amable. La comida estaba deliciosa y el personal que servía el desayuno por la mañana era muy simpático. La piscina y el jacuzzi son un auténtico paraíso. Mi hermana y yo pasamos una semana maravillosa. The hotel was an older hotel that has somewhat been updated. There is no elevator. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are very small. The toilets are the kind that you would find in businesses not in hotels and they flush so hard; they are so loud. The cold-water knob on the tub was hard to turn. I was scared I was going to strip it turning it. Also, there is really no shelving in the bathroom to lay anything. There are knobs to hang stuff but no shelving. There was hair in the bathtub and on the step of the tub. The rooms are only getting the bare minimum of cleaning. The bright side is that check out is 11 instead of 10, which was a blessing. Also, even though the hotel was full, we were able to get good parking and they did have an ice machine. However, I would only stay here again as a last resort. Due to how small the room is and the size of the bathroom.

La ubicación era muy bonita, pero las fotos eran muy engañosas. Es un bonito hotel de frente de playa con buen presupuesto para familias. El personal era amable, así fueron otros huéspedes. Situación muy limpia y agradable. Vista de la playa desde el cuarto era muy bonita. El cuarto es un tipo de ruta No hay café. Si quieres más de 2 conjuntos de toallas, tienes que preguntar. No hay secador de pelo ni toallas. No hay hielo gratis. Había que comprar en el lobby.

Fue bueno, no tener toallas no es bueno que saldrán de toallas extras debido al lavadero pero creo que deberían haber dejado algunos extras ...no espere hasta que todos ellos son sucios y eso es cuando se lava todos juntos no correcto ...No herramientas en la cocina que no nos importa porque compramos en lugar de eso. La más importante es que el cuarto es limpio y está cerca de donde vamos.

Reservamos la suite king más tarde para descubrir al hacer el registro de entrada que la suite king no tenía balcón como se muestra en el sitio de reserva. Pero la recepcionista Camille nos ayudó, fue realmente agradable y agradable. Conseguimos un reembolso por la diferencia en la habitación. En general, nuestra estancia fue buena, aparte de que la bañera del baño se atascaba. El servicio de limpieza vino y se encargó de ese problema también. La vista era maravillosa. Laundry machines were all broken except for one of 5 washers. 4 dryers all broken and clearly they are not buying new ones. They don’t clean daily or take out trash so it piles up in your room unless you happen to see them near your room, then they are very helpful. The people working are all very nice. They just need better owners and management. They want to do better. Beds were very comfortable. Big suite rooms.

¡Qué ubicación! Está frente a la playa y tiene un balcón con vista a la playa y al impresionante agua color esmeralda como fondo. La habitación tiene todo lo que necesitamos y es la habitación más moderna en la que me he alojado en este rango de precios. Sin duda me volvería a alojar allí y también se lo recomendaría a otras personas.
