From the moment we got there, even before the reception desk. We were greeted buy a pleasant man in phister attire! He asked if we needed a cart for out luggage! We said yes please , and it was done. Luggage was loaded on a carrier . We than proceed to the desk .where we were greeted enthusiastically! Which put a smile on our faces than a gentleman stepped out from behind the desk and asked what are visit was for and asked if we wanted a glass of champagne! We looked at each other and another smile and said yes please. THEN WE FOLLOWED THE MAN WITH THE LUGGAGE HE TOOK US ON SHORT A TOUR OF THE HOTEL! TRULY ENJOYABLE!The best greeting at a hotel ever! THANK YOU! FOR ANOTHER WONDERFUL NIGHT AT THE PHISTER HOTEL MILWAUKEE!

El hotel está muy bien, pero no es un hotel muy bien. La única cosa que nos molestaba fue que el detector de incendios tenía baja batería, así que se aplastaría periódicamente y es un poco alto desde que está en una pequeña habitación de hotel.

Las instalaciones hardware del Home2 Suites by Hilton son más recientes y el nivel de gestión de los servicios es relativamente estable. Las instalaciones internas están situadas en una familia de viajes intermedios, congeladores, microondas y toallas completas. Cerca del Museo de Arte de Milwaukee. El hotel está bien. El servicio de habitaciones puede mejorarse. Había una pequeña cuestión con ducha de agua caliente en la habitación y tuvo que cambiar la habitación porque no estaba fijada.

The location of the hotel was in close proximity (5-minute walking distance) to the venue we were attending at the Fiserv Forum. There were many restaurants within close proximity to the hotel as well. The room was just ok. The bathroom door in the room was broken, and the hotel could use some updates. We did not have much interaction with the front desk, but staff was polite during check in/ out. Valet was pleasant and offered to help assist with bags. Overall, the say was nice given the reason for the visit. I would not stay there for more than a weekend, because the hotel is downtown and you hear sirens all day.

No frills hotel, meets the basic needs. First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on. By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did. The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine. The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton. Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby. For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet. We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

La habitación y la ubicación eran geniales, los invitados no. Las paredes eran algo genial y parece que se estaban celebrando varias fiestas. Cuando me quejé del ruido en la recepción, me preguntaron ”bueno, ¿qué quieres que haga?” Además, la persona de la mañana para el check out fue muy grosera cuando pedí un recibo.

The neighborhood is very quiet but very busy and traffic rush around 6-8am & 11-1pm & 4-6pm
