GGuest UserEsta propiedad es muy agradable, con gimnasio abierto las 24 horas, y el desayuno y el café estaban bastante bien. La habitación estaba limpia, pero los pasillos necesitaban una aspiradora. La habitación está muy bien equipada, con refrigerador, microondas, fregadero y lavavajillas. Es una excelente opción para estancias largas. Muy cerca de la I-75, tiendas y buenos restaurantes. También hay un supermercado Whole Foods cerca.

UUsuario invitadoVery clean. My only complaints - There was some loud banging around 5 am, couldn’t figure out where that came from and the garbage truck ran at 4:15am all around the property at other businesses so you could hear dumpsters slamming down for about 30 minutes

UUsuario anónimoVery clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of ”anything else?” etc. Turned TV's onto sports but no volume. As if anyone is into leg volleyball? Indoor pool is UNHEATED, slick flooring as is the pool deck. Could not enjoy it at all. Pool needs to be declared UNHEATED! Had to interrupt desk clerk at checkout (she was texting on her phone). No questions as to how was stay, etc. Very disappointed, needless to say. Will not be staying there again..

Este es el 5o hotel Tru que hemos estado en & esta ubicación no mede lo que hemos venido a esperar de una propiedad Hilton

UUsuario invitadoWould have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞
But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍
Everything was clean and well maintained.
We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍
We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

UUsuario invitadoThe room was clean for the most part (the price we paid, you can't expect it to be spotless). The stay was okay, our air-conditioner didnt work and we were so tired the first nignt, we didnt say anything. We got up and left, spending most of the day out. When we got back, we still didnt say anything about the air not working. However, on the 3rd day we did mention it to the guy up front. He offered to change rooms but we declined since we only had one more night left. The guy returned to our room with a box fan for us! Very sweet gesture and we gladly accepted. I always clean up after myself before leaving so they don't have as much of a mess to clean. It was a $50 deposit at check-in with the statement it could be 4-6 weeks before its issued back. We recieved the deposit back the same day, a few hours after leaving. Again, it isnt a luxury high-end place but it was worth the price paid and a very friendly front desk worker!

UUsuario invitadoI was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.

UUsuario anónimoEl hotel es más viejo, especialmente en el suelo, y se siente humeante y no se siente limpio. Pero está en una buena ubicación, el estacionamiento es grande, la habitación es grande, el servicio es bueno, el desayuno es bueno, porque me conozco, vivo en esta casa muchas veces. Una vez vivimos en un hotel de Wanhoo al lado. Aunque es un lujo, la habitación es pequeña, la medianoche también reportó dos alarmas de fuego, el precio es demasiado bajo y la experiencia es demasiado mala. Así que habitamos a menudo en esta casa.

MMary HightowerVisitamos para el fin de semana de Valentine, pudimos check-in a las 2:00. Sala limpia y agradable. Ducha era increíble y limpia. Sólo la denuncia es que podíamos haber usado 4 pijamas en lugar de 3.
