Clean/Dedicated Staffs/Facility: This Hilton is our fav place to stay when in Cleveland. As soon as we get checked in, we were welcomed (thank you, Caden!). As we arrived late at night after a long road trip, his warm welcome and communication to ensure us a comfortable stay meant a lot. At midnight, a couple of staffs were very kind to search my lost bag. Overnight Manager MJ checked on us before our checkout. Great communication during our entire stay. There is a great selection of healthy food and beverages available for 24 near the front desk. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We’ll keep coming back here! Thank you, all dedicated staffs.

El desayuno es a la carta, no buffet. El café es Starbucks. ¡Los camareros son terribles y la higiene es superficial! El hotel está en la ciudad universitaria, a 10 minutos del Museo de Cleveland. El museo es gratuito, ¡pero cierra los lunes! ¡La iglesia enfrente del hotel!

The hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

The attitude of the manager at the front desk was bad compared with all other Hyatt we stayed. The room we booked included the breakfast, but manager denied it even after we showed him the booking records, what is more, he almost got away with double charging the room… fortunately, I was able to check the credit card records before leaving the hotel and caught the charge before leaving…. I felt very sorry for this Hyatt hotel, it is beautiful, full of history, in a right downtown location, but I noticed the occupancy is not a very good, the lobby and hallway are very empty, maybe there’s something to do with this Manager…. with his attitude, I could not be the only customer who left the hotel with such unbelievable impression…..

Booked a last-minute one-night stay and it was perfect—clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. We also spent the rest of our night at The Vault, which was such a fun bonus. Great location overall. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is in the edges of Cleveland downtown on the second floor of a mixed use building. Relatively convenient location but not very walkable.

A 5 minutos a pie puede llegar al campo de béisbol. La habitación también es muy cómoda. Desafortunadamente, la personal de la recepción no responde bien. Incluso cuando llegué a las 3:55, la habitación todavía no está lista, me dijeron que no sabía cuándo entrar. Cuando finalmente termine el programa, me creí mal que había reservado dos habitaciones, incluso si lo había reservado. Al llegar al frente de la habitación, debido a los problemas de la habitación, volví a la recepción y volví a empezar. El café que usaban las personas anteriores todavía estaba en la máquina de café. Las habitaciones y la ubicación son muy cómodas, pero el servicio no es bueno. Creo que quienes no están familiarizados con entrar al baseball deberían estar en otro hotel.

La ubicación es buena, cerca de la estación. Pero, no hay tiendas alrededor del hotel, es muy incómodo. Hay una sensación de limpieza, puedo pasar un tiempo cómodo. El servicio es bueno, quiero quedarme otra vez.
