Clean/Dedicated Staffs/Facility: This Hilton is our fav place to stay when in Cleveland. As soon as we get checked in, we were welcomed (thank you, Caden!). As we arrived late at night after a long road trip, his warm welcome and communication to ensure us a comfortable stay meant a lot. At midnight, a couple of staffs were very kind to search my lost bag. Overnight Manager MJ checked on us before our checkout. Great communication during our entire stay. There is a great selection of healthy food and beverages available for 24 near the front desk. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We’ll keep coming back here! Thank you, all dedicated staffs.

I was traveling to Cleveland for a conference and preferred an apartment style hotel to stay out to cook meals and generally not stay at the convention center hotel. I highly recommend ROOST Cleveland - the location is incredible and there's a lot of cafes and a grocery store in walking distance. I was also able to quickly take the bus to visit some museums on my last day! The space was so big and luxurious and cozy; having the ability to do laundry and run a dishwasher made being it feel like I was right at home.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de Cleveland, donde se encuentra el hotel. El kick- start que ofrecen fue sorprendente! Fue una cena completa incluida en el precio del hotel! PLUS 3 bebidas adultas por adulto de estancia! Eran bebidas clásicas, pensando vodka de cranberry y whisky y cocaína. El desayuno también fue delicioso! El hotel tiene mucho más que el desayuno continental normal. La zona de comedor era muy limpia y mantuvo bien. Nos dirigimos a 5 minutos a la Casa de Blues para un concierto. La caminata estaba muy bien a la distancia del centro de la ciudad. El hotel es muy limpio, es un poco demorado (no hay salidas USB, el piombo es obviamente viejo, y se drenó un poco lentamente, pequeñas TV, viejo tapete) pero no se ha alejado de su encanto único de la antigua época con toda la mármol y la iluminación. ¡Las camas y las galletas son muy cómodas! Mi hijo mencionó que desearía que hubiera traído un buen vestido, BC su son muy finas. También nos interesaremos en permanecer en diferentes lugares de sequía cuando viajamos!

Excepto por la ubicación, nada más merece la palabra Renacimiento. Higiene: sucia y pobre Habitación: pequeña Cargo: caro

The hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

The attitude of the manager at the front desk was bad compared with all other Hyatt we stayed. The room we booked included the breakfast, but manager denied it even after we showed him the booking records, what is more, he almost got away with double charging the room… fortunately, I was able to check the credit card records before leaving the hotel and caught the charge before leaving…. I felt very sorry for this Hyatt hotel, it is beautiful, full of history, in a right downtown location, but I noticed the occupancy is not a very good, the lobby and hallway are very empty, maybe there’s something to do with this Manager…. with his attitude, I could not be the only customer who left the hotel with such unbelievable impression…..

Easy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.  Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.  We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.  On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.  Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing……… I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down.  You really need to deliver on your promises.  So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️

This hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

A 5 minutos a pie puede llegar al campo de béisbol. La habitación también es muy cómoda. Desafortunadamente, la personal de la recepción no responde bien. Incluso cuando llegué a las 3:55, la habitación todavía no está lista, me dijeron que no sabía cuándo entrar. Cuando finalmente termine el programa, me creí mal que había reservado dos habitaciones, incluso si lo había reservado. Al llegar al frente de la habitación, debido a los problemas de la habitación, volví a la recepción y volví a empezar. El café que usaban las personas anteriores todavía estaba en la máquina de café. Las habitaciones y la ubicación son muy cómodas, pero el servicio no es bueno. Creo que quienes no están familiarizados con entrar al baseball deberían estar en otro hotel.

La ubicación es buena, cerca de la estación. Pero, no hay tiendas alrededor del hotel, es muy incómodo. Hay una sensación de limpieza, puedo pasar un tiempo cómodo. El servicio es bueno, quiero quedarme otra vez.
