UUsuario invitadoLa habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. La habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena. No me pareció el mejor servicio al cliente, ya que habíamos reservado las habitaciones en la misma reserva, así que sabían que era necesario y deberían haber estado listos para ello en el momento de la entrada de las 4:00. A las 4:30, la segunda habitación aún no estaba lista, por lo que no se utilizó hasta después del concierto (12:30 a.m.).

UUsuario invitadoafter an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

UUsuario invitadoCourteous and friendly staff, clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable, they will work with you to schedule pick and drop off based on your flight timing. Hotel wifi can be a bit choppy, but room has iron, microwave, small fridge, hair dryer. Dont expect a lot from breakfast, it's only basic with coffee, tea, bagels, pancake. Overall for me, it was a pleasant, affordable and comfortable 3 night stay.

MMichael Len JohnsonThis is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot.
Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart.
Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor.
My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.

EEdward Bryan JohnsonEl hotel y la zona son muy diferentes de lo que recuerdo, pero el hotel es un antiguo favorito de hace 15 años, no es espléndido o extravagante, pero las habitaciones son lo suficientemente grandes para relajarse y las camas lo suficientemente cómodas para dormir.
