This hotel was nice and clean. VERY clean!! Great location!!! They were recently renovated so they were still working out the glitches but overall a good stay. Would have been great if my husband and I could have gotten a room on an upper floor but they weren't able to do so. But next time I will just make sure I request an upper floor when booking. Also I want to shout out the housekeeping staff. They were truly so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back. Oh and one thing I think needs to be added is a table. My husband and I order out and eat in the room but we had nowhere to eat but on the bed.

No me importó que el baño no tuviera cerradura en la puerta, y con niños pequeños el baño es demasiado alto... pero las habitaciones estaban bien.

La llamada de incendio se desconectó a las 230. El intercom estaba diciendo evacuación. Mi familia tomó escaleras para evacuar, pero fue una falsa alarma, me asustaba a mis siete años tan mal porque pensó que era un incendio porque habíamos tenido un mal incendio en casa en el pasado. No podía volver a dormir.

The temperature controlled two rooms which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The unit made very loud noises at 2:00 am and would not shut off. I had to turn the power off at the source to turn the unit off to allow me to sleep in peace. The following morning went to the manager and was told he couldn’t switch my room because the hotel was sold out. That same afternoon I contacted the manager again to advise the unit was making the LOUD noise again and the room was very cold. This time he changed the room. In the new room experienced the same issue. I unit controlled both rooms making my room temperature 63 which was very uncomfortable, I had to tumors on the oven to warm the room to a comfortable temperature. This trip was very stressful and the manager didn’t try to accommodate until I threatened to call corporate. Poor customer service and bad heating/cooling set up. This needs to be fixed because everyone was complaining about the temperature in their rooms. I won’t return here again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

My check in person was nice and helpful but the other lady on other side of desk was really loud and kept yelling the same thing over and over made it hard to hear anything. The things she was yelling were not appropriate. Rest of the staff I come across during stay were exceptional. Room needed some work not fully cleaned. One of my members said it felt like something was crawling onbthem and biting them in the bed. Under night stand and parts of floor was dirty, hair clogged in drain .Light switch in bathroom was broken. But location is great. Amenities were great.

Hoy mi identificación expiró y ya había reservado mi habitación para la noche siguiente. Mi novio fue sacado de mi habitación con menos de una hora de aviso y cerrado fuera de la habitación, con no todos nuestros bienes mientras estaba en el trabajo!!! ¡No hay nadie en este hotel que tenga la decencia de informarme de su decisión que no sólo serían mi ID expirado y tuve que dejar ASAP. y tuve que obtener mi reembolso de las ventas de la tercera fiesta Trips.com que dijo que esta reserva no ofrecería ningún reembolso!! ¡No volveré a verlos y nunca les recomendaría a nadie después de la gente mala que tuve que lidiar con hoy!

Yo estaba muy dudosa cuando ise la reservación xk mire las receñas y me parecían muy mal. Y 3 días después algún ise la reservación y no me arrepiento a y ami familias nos gusto mucho la ubicación y el servicio. Y el personal es atento. Yo en lo personal si volvería a reservar otra ves y no hay que poner mucha atención a las reseñas que no siempre son lo que dicen

The first room I booked was an oceanfront king. When I arrived I was placed in a small room on the 2nd floor by the pool. It smelled like it was just bombed for roaches. The bathroom was the size of a walk in closet with the shower directly behind the door. I was starting to get discouraged about this trip at first but I went up front to ask for another room higher up. The guy at the front desk was very understanding and moved me to the 7th floor with a room with 2 beds. The elevator there made me pray for my life every time I used it but once I reached my room I was highly satisfied with the change. The room was twice the size of the original king room I booked. Bathroom was still kinda small but cleaner. The view was amazing compared to looking at everyone in the pool and the room didnt smell of raid. This place could use some updates and definitely has potential.
