Hoteles cerca de Terraza de Observación del Ayuntamiento, Richmond

El hotel era agradable y el personal de recepción fue muy atento. El segundo día que estuvimos allí nos fuimos para un funeral a las 12:00 del mediodía y le pedimos a la recepción que por favor limpiaran nuestra habitación y cambiaran las toallas. Regresamos a la habitación a las 11:00 pm y no había servicio.

On the positive side, the location is excellent - in a peaceful neighborhood, yet I was in easy walking distance to the Convention Center and lots else, with a centrol location for pretty much wherever you’d like to go, as well as decent parking options.  It is also a lovely historic property full of character.  On the flip side of being old, it seems that every door sticks when you try to open or close it and it is not friendly for those who need accessibility, with stairs here and there you have to lug your suitcase up.  Back on the bright side, the little black cat who hangs out around the place is adorable and sweet and made my day whenever I ran into it.

The hotel was clean enough. The service at check in was ok. At night it was very noisy with the person next to us playing loud music banging around and yelling with friends until 3:30. Also, the road was very noisy with cars racing up and down the street. In the morning, the attendant selling breakfast appeared annoyed and didn’t want to engage a minor request for a lemon wedge.

Servicio: La hermana de la recepción es muy entusiasta y presta un servicio de sonrisa cuidadoso a cada cliente.

La ubicación es buena. Salir del hotel es el parque del río y bajar. Hay esculturas monumentales que eliminan la tumba negra. Salir al río es la zona de oficina del Alcalde de Richmond, y la calle es hermosa. La habitación del hotel es muy amplia.

The room is bright. The front desk clerk was very helpful. The surrounding is quiet.
